That throw to Manningham in the Super Bowl was the greatest throw in NFL history and it was at that moment that Eli Manning showed he was truly an elite quarterback. I'm a Cowboys fan and I know this to be true. I got mad respect for #10.
The best nickname Eli ever had was "The Aww Shucks Assassin" 😄. Best Giants QB ever and HOFr, still love you too Phil...wish you were were allowed to throw more
Nicks has to be the most underrated Giant of all time! He was CLUTCH during the 11’ playoffs ! Eli and my Gmen could of won 1-2 more if it wasn’t for Plax shooting his stupid foot in a Ghetto A$$ club! Lol .. AWW good ol’ Latin Club!! Great podcast with two all Time Giant! GOO Gmen!!
From start to finish #10 had one of the greatest yrs ever by a QB. He had a PB year with an o-line ranked 31st and a rushing-o that was dead last (not to mention that 25th ranked D and 0 PBs on Offense). Not only did he lead the NFL in GWDs, but he also set the 4th Q records for TDs, GW TDs, game-tying/go-ahead TDs (8), and pass plays of 25 yds or more in the 4th Q. Then in the POs he sets the mark for passing yards with a completely different set of receivers from '07. That's what legends and future HOFers do. Critics - don't bother with a reply - I'll ignore you
Love this show... you need to keep tuck and Eli; since they're the captains with other players visiting and talking about their days playing. I love this show already and Eli the best QB to ever play for the Giants! Period...
I was going through a rough time in my life in 2008 in the beginning and that’s when you guys won the Super Bowl and I really needed it kept me strong to get through what I had to get through to make my life better I’m not really sure if your Super Bowl run affected my life for me to be a better man so if it did I want to thank the Giants for the Super Bowl run they gave me strength
The NFC championship game against the 49ers, damn, Eli was magnificent in that game. The punishment he took, to show composure taking those hits. It was a great game.
I forgot the Cowboys game in Dallas was 2 weeks prior to the end. I flew from FL to TX for that game. JPP blocked the FG and our seats were up above the line of scrimmage. I didn’t see the team celebrating cause or section was celebrating. To this day it’s the only time I left the East coast.
2011 gambling on a football game is how I fell in love with football. Was always ; I'd rather play the sport instead of watching it. Gambling and choosing the underdog team made me a Giants fan . Still a Loyal fan. No matter what. Go Giants.
I remeber watching this whole run as an 9 year old one of my favorite memories was when my dad took me and my sister out of school to drive to New York for the parade. So many of these players were childhood heros to me and it's so amazing to watch and relive those moments with this podcast. Now in 2022 my giants are 6-1 I'd love to see them do somthing special again soon.
That speech Tuck gave at the beginning of the Superbowl was real...... purely motivated the Defense, they balled out,n won another chip vs Brady.....the Great Giants
Tuck should be credited with a sack safety in that SB. This is ridiculous. And Tuck's pre-SB speech is a "Classic"...brings tears to my eyes when ever I hear it. A great player, great Giant Tuck was.
Thanks for the memories Eli & Justin!! That was a magical time and yous guys are the best!! I will probably watch this video another 5 -10 times, so many great moments and plays... it was great!!
Giants please put some more respect and shine on Hakeem Nicks and his career. When Hakeem was healthy he was one of the most dominant receivers I have ever seen.
Being a part of this special run along with '07 are the most special sports years I have felt as a New Yorker! All the comebacks as an underdog in every playoff game in both years was just amazing. Thank you for the great memories I will take with me until I die.
I never got tired of hearing names like "Victor Cruz", "Hakeem Nicks", "Mario Manningham", "Jason Pierre-Paul", "Justin Tuck", "Osi Umenyora", "Brandon Jacobs", "Ahmad Bradshaw" -- and many many more. All contributed to some of the most magical football played by a team affiliated with the state of New York.
Yo I’m not gonna lie seeing the preview of this on Instagram made me nostalgic as hell and actually brought a tear to my eye. My two favorite players right here
@@RayW.... they would of repeated Week 10 and week 11 They ran over the ravens and pittsburg That is when those teams had a real defense Plus 2 or 3 years later They win again
2 absolute Legends in New York Football Giants lore. I can't ever say enough about Eli, and how he changed the culture of this franchise, not just thru winning Super Bowls, but how he lead this team until his final game while Daniel Jones was playing. And Justin Tuck, another player on a never ending list of NY Giants QB annhilators. Love that guy, never quit on us, and gave it everything he had, even while battling behind the scenes with deaths in his family and the Neck issue. 2 winners and Hall of Fame Men in Life, not just football. Thanks Boys for 42 and 46!
I remember waiting for a bus to bring us to a parking lot after the falcons game. While waiting a guy asked where this bus was going(seriously)and some one yelled TO GREENBAY!!!
At the end of the Jets game, I just thought the last game of the season against Dallas was going to be for the division. I went on stubhub and bought the whole family great seats for that game. My wife was the only Dallas fan amongst us and it was a great day for the GMen. I'll never forget that Jets game.
Steve Weatherford is forever embedded in my brain with him running on the field screaming on the top of his lungs We're going to the F!@#$%#% SuPeRrBowLLL" 😂 Oh my goodness that gets me so amped I can run threw a wall Rn!
I will always cherish the wildcard to Superbowl win hands down the most memorable NY Giants season ever in my heart and I'm a die hard cowboys fan but I gotta give it to Eli and the gang for showing the world that season that it's never over till it's over nomatter the odds of going all the way

The Tuck-man can talk. And he sure can sack QBs, too. Love these guys. Love that they never act bigger than the team. Humble Giants. Humble Champions. The best kind.
Eli, The Comeback King. Wanna see us bring back the 4th quarter perserverance we had under Eli. Judge conditioning and toughness already has players talking about how they're ready to go while other teams are gassed in joint practices. 4 quarter football this season, le's go.

Same but no, not even close. Best throw? It was a quaking quack 🦆 duck that was caught by a helmet not even a player

That throw to Manningham was the best throw in NFL history.
100%. I still get chills watching it.
The precision & confidence of that pass & everything else that was on the line 🐐 .. I have to agree !!
zach Wilson quarterbacks 1world
No doubt about it. Also catch in my opinion. That was a bomb in a high pressure situation with precision from both Manning and Manningham.
I noticed that I smiled involuntarily watching it again
We need a lot more of this a lot more often. Two of the most respected and likable Giants talking about some of our most cherished moments EVER.
Gotta get Brandon Jacobs and Ahmad Bradshaw on here
They already have an episode recorded, don’t know when it’ll be released though.
Hell yaeahh
Just watched their episode...awesome memories

I love it!!!
Brandon jacobs was chopping it up with some guy dressed up as an eagle saying “meet me in the parking lot” lol

23:20 my man Manning already celebrating the TD. Always a Giants. ❤️
I'm huge Hakeem Nick's fan,man didnt get his due, injuries hampered his career. The run he had in this post season was great
"And if it's on me today...... You gonna have one after THIS!!" Straight chills man!!
If only the Giants fixed the O line, Eli would have had another SB
Almost certainly!!!!!
2016 and keeping Tom Coughlin....no boat trip...
How about if Plexico didn’t shot himself we would have won back to back. That team was built to repeat.
@@franktesta1231 no doubt; i still think that '08 team was better than 07 and 11..

What a treat this video is. This is what the fans want. Let’s get another chip, and in 10 years, it’ll be Danny and Saquan in the same seats. 🏆
That’s what the f I’m talking about!
Idc if they win 1 championship as a duo, but we need to win
would be nice if they proved everyone wrong and pulled off a miracle run this year… like they used to
DJ found another gear against GB and he has to keep it up, just win baby
Tuck, JPP, Osi, Kiwanuka, Canty, Linval, Tollefson always came in with great energy. That line was toughhhh
Not always. Did you watch that season? If you did you would know that Tuck half assed it that year
@@TL2354 that man never half assed a game. He was most likely injured, he was a warrior. Was he Strahan or LT, no, but I’d take him on any of my teams

I live in RI, the 2 Super Bowl wins over the Pat's were so enjoyable. Loved listening to their fans cry after the loss

JPP won that game single-handedly. And then I was in DC for the last game, amongst WFT fans who were cheering for the NYG way harder than I was, lol
If I tell you it is Easter, go paint eggs, love that line

The best Superbowl recap that I have seen. Eli Manning and Justin Tuck are a class act and the reason why we won that Super Bowl. Oh and Victor Cruz.
This is awesome.. need this for ever super bowl victory
I love this. Eli is my guy. The only jersey of a pro athlete that I have.
Coach never gave Eli a steady Tight end also if Plaxico never shot himself we would of had back to back SB
That was a Jerry Reese thing. He never wanted to use premium draft picks or spend big free agent money on tight ends and linebackers.
