But you should have mentioned the hard truths about Sales and Business Development - It is a field that depends more on luck than hard work. You call prospects or visit them, they normally don't entertain. And if they entertain, you must sell them at a price that they desire(it may not financially work out for you). They will come up with arguments like your competitor is selling to me for less price etc. The only option that will remain for you to get the sale is to sell it at a low price. If you are able to get good sales for the company, your managers will normally take that credit. And once you have hit good numbers, they will come up with some reason and fire you. Their mindset is like - he has given us customers, now we don't need him anymore, we will handle those customers from here. I'm not discouraging anyone from joining Sales and Business Development. I'm just sharing my experience so that people considering sales know these hard truths and then take decisions.
First, please work on your basic com skills, both written and verbal. BA degree won't help you get a job in Bengaluru/Bangalore if you cannot spell basic words like "complete" or the city you are in.
i have completed my 12th in 2012 graduation is not completed due to fail in 2 subject after that due final prblm i left my study in between but now in december i m completing my graduation in commerce this december i m 28 now i dont have any guidance at this stage i m very much depressed about it day by day i thought for data analyst but i dont hv computer skill very beginner according to my situation in which IT path should i go any field and how plz suggest me it will be great help form suggest any course plzz
I dont think any job except the first one anyone can get without doing an MBA..which is not everyone cup of financially... So u r not a content creator then delve into the sales field..Stifling your inner talent...Seriously..... Hope it helps.
