I had the worse called paramedics cause I choked, horrible, could not walk or get out of chairs I still have weakness, been doing if for 1 year going till March, last 2 years have been hell.Im on my way to recovering well, had to have a port. The ivy method works, I do have some of my daily routines I am able to do now, I didnt get diagnosed earlier cause at 68 you are not very healthy.
It would be very helpful to know what you mean when you say "older" - is that 50s? 60s? 70s?!

Wouldn’t it have been wonderful to have been told that taking a statin might cause this horrible crap!
