Yeah i remember this move this film. The little kid wanted to go to Halloween but due to the mothers religion doesn’t believe that her son should go trick-or-treating like the other kids because she thinks it’s a sin. The robber kidnapped him at one point the little kid stole a Casper costume and went to a house to go trick-or-treating, even knowing he was a day late spoiler alert in the end. The robber was shot but put some money in the broken costume of the kid, so we could live happily with his mother, but the money flew away. Costume was busted.
