    Excellent vid... Would love to see some mention of what TRAILING runners are supposed to do when a rundown develops ahead of them. Another important point not mentioned is that the defense should put a strong focus on running the runner BACK rather than forward. The goal is to make the out close to the base where the runner started, thus preventing the next base from being gained should she escape the tag. Also, it is not uncommon for obstruction to occur during rundowns (in softball, defensive infractions against runners and batters are called obstruction, not interference), making it important to establish a good throwing lane and not crossing the runner's base path without possession of the ball.
