I have a similar model and am amazed at how badly its designed every time I have to drain it!
My candy did this today. Drained it by disconnecting hose and plug. Pump wasn't stuck. I think circuit board is shot. Italian carbage.
It will do draining but Mine doesnot have anything inside the filter.. even checked underneath the washing machine and took out pipe out and everything was clean and there was nothing. Still it shows error code.
