@@doug8237it’s called waiting until the person that’s down on their shot to finish shooting… And then you go under the table their shooting at to grab the cue ball that stopped at the legs of the table…

Every pool hall have employee that racks. That's what they are paid for xD And no extra fee for the customer, 1 hour is around 3 - 4$.
