For me, its can can. I use her in literally every layout. And actually, whenever i need cc, i use chronos, not cyberpunk. But I get why u called it a draw lol. As a content creator u cant risk creating WW3 in the comments

Definitely cyberpunk for me. Cyberpunk was the first gacha that I got tf and it carried me through early Sol, even ururun wolf. Cyberpunks huge blind spot allows it to be stacked easily and has even got a place in the meta (cyberstacking). Groups of Cyberpunks will basically have control over the entire field. Cancan is still good as a pretty cheap attacker but Cyberpunks ability to outrange almost every enemy and slow them just seems to be better than what cancan provides
My only concern for cyberpunk is that ponos might add more slow immune enemies into the game. There are only a handful of non collab enemies that have slow immune (daboo, angel daboo, filibuster, doremi, elder flame doron, behemoth chickful a, and casaurian ahirujo). There aren't many now but ponos adding more slow immune enemies will almost certainly happen eventually
This will make Cyber Punk have a chance Fall Off Meta if they did. They need to buff their damage by 75% or so for Cyber Punk (AKA 13,877.5/13,875). If its not enough why not 125%? (AKA 17,212.5/17,215).

Can can is better because he can give you double cash and he is mainly a must need on most games and he just delivers a lot of dmg

Ngl, this is a comparison of two VERY different units, who have completley different niches. I wouldnt say one is better than the other, just that both are crazy useful, and have their advantages and disadvantages in each of the stages of battle cats. (Also for some fucking reason I dont have cyberpunk at UR 4500)

Cyberpunk is way better than Can Can as the power to stack them is more op than you think. Their main talent being the slow talent makes them even more broken as they can perma-slow with only 2 of them! Granted, they might still not perfectly perma-slow but even then it's still very good, even ONE Cyberpunk can be more worth than a stack of Can Can.
That slow ability is a lot more powerful than you think, as Can Can can't normally do much if there is a whole spam of fast enemies, meanwhile Cyberpunk could petentially slow them down if you meatshield well enough. Not to mention that the 1200 range + 4.8s slow can practically make Cyberpunk a quasi-Mitama. Not to mention the most broken strat known the cat kind exists, Cyber-stacking. Which is literally just a term for spawning as much Cyberpunks as possible while there are a few peons in his blindspot, so that Cyberpunk misses the peons and you can stall those peons in the blindspot while you keep spawning Cyberpunks until you are satisfied with your numbers c:
Meanwhile stacking Can Cans doesn't usually end well after a boss wave due to the single target limitation. Can Can is still a wonderful and amazing unit but in my opinion, x2 cash, speedand hp/atk ups don't make up for it due to the lack of aoe so she'd need more support if she's being ganged up by group of enemies. Not to mention her range makes her useless against high ranged fast attacking and somewhat speedy enemies. While Cyberpunk can usually sit back and just reduce their speed down to nothing.
Although I will admit that there are consequences with Cyberpunk, like getting synced, having a huge blindspot can be a downside but again, if you're able to meatshield just well enough to the point that Cyberpunk can inflict his slow effect back again, you should be fine. Again, Cyberpunk strats can be very slow usually but it always comes with a high chance for victory.
I’m not gonna start a war here, but every point you made is valid. The only thing I would like to add is Cancan actually starts catching up to cyberpunk in late game due to the enemy spawn pattern. Not being biased here, but I think you underestimated Cancan a tad bit here. While it’s true that Cancan is drawn back by single target, most of the boss wave in UL consists of Minimal peons which Cancan can kill and start focusing on the main threat. And like I said, early game money farm is important in the early parts of these levels due to the amount of busted enemies about to be thrown at you.
Like I said, not judging or anything, but I truly think those 2 are tied. Just my opinion tho, so feel free to disagree.
(Or you can just use those two together)
(Also, my Cancan is hyper boosted so I think my experience may be a little different from yours lol)
As much as i love cyberpunk and he is my most valuable cat,he will get powercreeped by slow immune enemies in the third saga

Can can definitely, cuz you are in the early stages of ITF and damage is what gets you beating the stages. And then get Cyberpunk next if your damage isn’t working and you need crowd control to help it

Yes but cancan also very unique. Single target, huge damage, low recharge, low cost, mini balrog, basically. And, if you get enough into a blindspot of a boss or strong enemy, the single target doesn’t really matter anymore. Cancan stacking is equally as good as cyberstacking. Me personally, I use cancan for rush and quick stages but cyberpunk is amazing and long, drawn out stages
but there are some stages where cyberpunk is literally not an option and hes useless
