This is Transformers: Windblade! A series focusing on the titular character Windblade as she tries to communicate with and repair the Titan Metroplex!
In this snippet, Starscream makes a threat to Windblade after they discuss Metroplex.

I'm workin with more people than I think I ever have now. And this is a taste of whats to come. I want to dub as much of if not all of Spotlight Windblade as I can. I'm also working on Last Stand of the Wreckers behind the scenes, along with a video involving impactor coming soon ;)

11 hours late for the party, but it was worth waking up in the morning. This is AMAAAAZING!!!
Everyone did a marvelous job with voicing their individual characters, and it gave the characters a sort of nuance to them, especially Starscream and Windblade.
These comic dubs are probably the only thing keeping my love for Transformers alive at this point, and I hope we’ll be able to see more dubs like this one, as well as your recent works, in the future!
