This content is so SO SO good!!! I really wish the animations weren't so distracting. The content is heavy and condensed enough, no need for so many colour transitions, wooshing sounds and social media handle pop-ups. But otherwise, thank you so much for putting the information out there for free!
Thank you for sharing your feedback with me, I truly appreciate it. By the way, I would like to invite you to check out my latest video, where I talk about how someone with an arts background can transition to product management. Feel free to check it out here: ruclips.net/video/xMvXHET6YSk/видео.html Also, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing support of my channel. If you happen to know any aspiring PMs who might benefit from my content, please don't hesitate to forward it along to them. I'm always looking to help others succeed in their careers.

Hey Sam, I hope your interview went well. You can DM me directly on LinkedIn so I can assist you further. My LinkedIn should be in every video description of my channel. Thank you!
@@DrNancyLi I did a great job thanks to your videos. I was confident and very clear, but they got nervous with my entrepreneurial background. I don’t think I’ll get a call back. But you have a subscriber and friend for life. Thank you you amazing videos. Also my name is an Indian breakfast, you should try it. Really good. 👍
Hi Nancy, I am a 4-year PM in non-English speaking countries. I have one question, as a PM with some experience, will the interview still have basic product design questions like "Design an app for xxx"? or focus more on my past project?
@@beastelf we are currently looking for 2 Lead PMs (platform and CRM). There are no tasks, but a lot of questions (on the next stages after pre-screen with a recruiter) related to technical development of features.
i am curious, in your GUCCI framework, why put unmet customer needs above customer segmentation? shouldn't you segment customers first and identify unmet needs?
Hey Simon, thank you for your comment. You can put C before U if it fits the case better. We put it like GUCCI, as it rolls better. There is no specific sequence of G U C C I. Hey, I have an experience in Product development (as a developer and expert) and also been experienced in the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master in my last 6.5 years of experience in a product based company. Im looking to move to product management and not sure how to apply for those opportunities. Will be eligible for product manager role with current experience? I already viewed many of your videos and looking the correct way to proceed ahead and apply for PM roles. It would be really great if you take couple of mins to assist me here :)
How this video has only 114 likes and 5 comments? This video packs so much knowledge. It deserves more love!
Thanks! You made my day! Please share it with PM groups
100% agree
Because she says "most candidates failed" and printed it on the screen like every 30 seconds. it felt like filler content that the video didn't need
Masterclass. Thank you 🙌

Depends on the company. For Google, yes. They will ask you : design a book shelf for blind people… for startups, it’s based on past experiences

Can you slow down?
You can slow down the speed of the video
Her speed is fine you can always slow down
she thinks she is smart beacuse she speaks fast
Thank you for the awesome info. I only had to watch it at 1.5x speed versus 2X for most other presenters. You're awesome, keep up the great content
Agree thank you for this😊@@SustainableDreams
