this video was so helpful! one thing i’d like to add that’s kind of off topic is that pinterest doesn’t really have a lot of diversity. when you search a certain aesthetic it’s usually skinny white girls which is so unfortunate
good to point that out! unfortunately I can't think of a good alternative for pinterest :s
I'm a muslim, I usually just search "hijabi outfits aesthetic". For my beautiful blacks, you can search "black outfits aesthetic". For all my other beauties, use the two examples :)

yeah….i feel so out of place cuz I have dwarfism and I am a white girl!!! but I’m not skinny.

it’s the pressure of being ‘prefect’. if it works for you than that is great but ‘that girl’ creates the image of a perfect girl and I think it could be hard to fit that image and also I think other girls that don’t work out and eat healthy will feel more insecure because they’re not ‘that girl’. I hope it kind of makes sense 😂

aw I get that :( I recently bought a sunrise lamp, it wakes me up with ‘sunlight’ and it’s so nice now that’s its dark in the mornings. it’s very different than normal lamps, maybe it’ll help a little? 😅

Hey, we can betterhelp eachother at no expense at all. Do we really need a Therapist when we have friends all around to talk our problems to?
when you have serieus mental health problems friends won’t cut it. a therapist actually studied for it and knows how to actually make you better. friends listen, but they don’t know how to solve depression…

@@krishnamohan6260 no haha I’m not depressed but my mom was severely depressed a few years back and it was terrible. never underestimate a mental illness. depression is not being bored with your life or routine, it’s much more serieus and if not treated right it can easily cost someone’s life…
@@callmeLiz Oh, I hope she is doing alright now. Yar(my friend), depression evolves from boredom and loneliness. Actually, Life itself is routine and boring, and that is why we must take a break from routine every now and then. Corporate sector has only 4 working days, so the employees could get out of the routine monotonous work and chill a bit with friends and family. The point is, we must learn to enjoy life.

for me, finding my aesthetic was finding my style. it gave me guidance in what clothes I wanted to wear and what I wanted my room to look like and it’s made me evolve so much! I hope other people will experience this as well, that’s why I made the video 🥰
