There’s no way 6-7 days of intense working out isnt overtraining.

I only train 5 days per week: 3 days are sprinting + lifting, 1 day is just on the track, and 1 day is an easy day

How much rest did you take in between reps

1 min of rest for every 20m, so for the 150m I took ~7.5mins rest, 120m 6 mins, etc

I have a question about the weight room, can I do hang cleans instead of the full power clean and get the same results?

I can’t drop the weights at my gym

Hang cleans will apply more to your top speed/upright sprinting while power cleans improve your explosiveness in the acceleration phase. Both are great for sprinting and equally as effective in different ways in my opinion. Short answer, yes.
