Chase sends their CCs in unmarked envelopes to reduce the likelyhood of them getting stolen.

Why does Chase make it so difficult to view your travel credit balance?

I don't know! I've even gotten a message that I "need to take advantage of my $50 travel credit" after I'd already used that up for the year.

Wow. 17 thowwow @ 21%.. I Got my card/s (called to rush the delivery but one card was already on the way) yesterday and already spent that 4k. My limit is 18,500 @ 23%. I like how you booked thru the portal and compare the prices

It's a pretty good credit limit! Glad you liked the portal comparison. Now we can feel good about booking through there and getting the 5% travel rewards points.

Nice and congrats on the card. I have noticed that booking particularly American Airlines on the portal is significantly higher than Google Flights or direct, but it’s roughly the same for United and Delta flights

Good observation! From where I fly out of in Kansas City, American isn't a huge carrier in that airport so hopefully that won't affect me much.
I'm still in the habit of price checking flights that I book for personal use against what I can get on google flights just to make sure I'm getting a fair deal.
