Honestly buying from random locker bundles is such a good thing, cuz eventually they’ll tie into other normal bundles or even another locker bundle, also the amount of amazing free cosmetics Fortnite gives out, I’ve gotten so many free skins that ofc take time to do but it’s literally free, a lot of companies don’t give out free cosmetics and if they do they make it an extreme hassle to do so, apex legends gave a recolor of a weapon skin but it took weeks to even unlock and you had to put a decent amount of play time
the fortnite community complaining about skins getting more and more expensive when back in the day it alr has this issue. but imo the prices of skins in fortnite has always been inconsistent, they just close their eyes and type in the prices
Yeah, It's genuinely frustrating that people chalk it up to a recent change such as the removal of rarities and make a fuss, especially when the game has so many problems.
@EnchantedEmi tbh this change is the least of our concerns, they shift many ppl from the live event team to do other stuff, The map doesnt evolve like it used to, and they shouldve honestly remove rocket racing and move the team back into live events/br team and the other two modes at least still have interesting content and STOP THE METAVERSE PROJECT
i really enjoyed your video, i had never seen monetization in other games cus fortnite is all i play. but it's interesting to look at it this way, i think stuff is priced overall correctly and you get a lot for your bucks (except the avatar shop skins, i expected at least a bonus style for each character for that price). plus the battle pass system is a good way to start "investing" your vbucks since you buy the cheapest bundle for 8,99 and you get 1500 back from the level tiers, which basically pays itself and guarantees you the pass for the next season. and there's also the "starter packs" that come with 600 vbucks and are also cheap as hell, so it's easy to spend little and hoard the vbucks for what you really want to buy. anyway, thanks for the video! hope you have a good day :^)

The monetization in overwatch is one of the reasons I stopped playing. Although I like the idea of being able to earn older mythic skins is great, y’know. Although I don’t have it, the cyber demon Genji is my favorite skin but there is now way I am paying 40 dollars for it.
