I am now a friend of got friends. I'm new to msfs 2020 and just picked up this DoubleEnder. After 2 hours of wondering why my engines wouldn't start on a restart.. I finally figured out what "realism" is. Very cool! Great airplane!
I just bought this plane and it’s awesome! I had no idea it had all this depth to it, I’ve just had a ton of fun flying it. Thanks for this video - now I need to get busy learning!

Congratulations to the GOT FRIENDS team with the release of another great product. Great video Jonx. Very comprehensive and well thought out. Please consider doing more videos in future to further drive interest and help assist sim pilots to get the best experience possible.
WOW! Y'all put out outstanding stuff but the DE is a Games 7, bases loaded, tied score, bottom of the ninth home run! 😄 Using a V1 Flightstick/rudder pedals on mine...do you recommend mapping the engines to separate throttles inputs or using one input for both engines, as if they were synchronized?
I have a problem with my slip coordinator, the ball move always to the left, even with the two engines off, is it a beug ? I precise than the air master is on auto for the two propellers.
Great review. A shame these developers don't include internal virtual cockpit pilots, they add immensely to the immersion, instead of strangely empty cockpits as a you fly them. This plane like every other, has a pilot visible when in outside external view, but this pilot is absent when in the cockpit view. A great example of an internal virtual cockpit pilot that is viewable inside, is the MSFS 2020 DG Flugzeugbau DG-808S. I think that's freeware, it has an amazing animated pilot you can view inside the cockpit as you fly about.

Can flight director be mapped to keys?
yeah, you need to map it to the "toggle recognition lights" keybind
It looks cool, but for low speed VFR flying I have your Edgley Optica :)
