Potash- purity wise which is the best ?

Red potash is used in granular applications, don't dissolve it in water. Hence it is used in plantain, papaya and root crops production. However white potash was designed to be dissolve in water to be used in drip irrigation and drenching. Hence it is used in tomatoes, eggplants, etc. All are of the same quality but used for different purposes.
