Nice one Edward. Good work! You have some fascinating photographs there and you have some very detailed information. I didn't know that some of the bodies had been recovered. Excellent job!
I stumbled across the high cross memorial to the lost a wee while ago. It is remarkable that this sad tale is not at all widely known!

Hi Tom, thanks for watching. I had actually just watched your video and was going to link it in my description as it was recommended to me after uploading mine. I have never seen the cross in person it seems to be in a very secluded spot from your video! I will pin your comment so others can get a look at the actual memorial!
Great stuff Edward! Thanks for that. You are fairly winkling out these old mysteries!!!!!
@@TomMcCleanI love Edward's videos and the soft music in the background
Oh he is good Mike. He needs to somehow get a bigger audience. His channel deserves it.
Well researched and well covered in the short film. Another excellent mystery.
This is a tragic but fascinating story, and one that I have never heard before. You've really brought it to life brilliantly, and I hope that the efforts to find the wreck will ultimately be successful. 👍
Thank you so much! Yes I hope so too, the project has been quiet for a little while and it's very difficult to conduct searches on the Lough as the tides are so extreme, as you probably saw from how far the bodies were discovered from the original journey! Thanks for watching.
Hi Edward, excellent video, I enjoyed it very much
Thank you very much Mike! Glad you liked it. It's a story which I believe deserves more attention!
