It's time to use up that Pattern paper! I'm trying to find as many ways as I can to use it! What ways are you guys trying to use it up? I would love to hear your ideas!
BRAVO Amy!!! It is so very rare to see a crafter, You-Tuber, et cetera, show their 'finished-product' card AND show the 'Inside of their card' where they have also adhered another sentence, statement, etc., just like you did with your video I watched earlier!!! I do wish many more crafters would show what they do with the 'INSIDE' of their cards, and I 'Thank You, Amy' for taking the initiative and doing exactly that in your video!! Again, BRAVO, Amy!!!
I haven't thought about using stencils over patterned paper! I have a lot of both and can't wait to give it a try! It sure is a quick and easy way to get a great look!
WoW 🤩. Great cards. That is an old pad of patterned paper. I have a few sheets of that same paper.I I might need to pull them out and give them life. Thank you for the inspiration.
I'm in Australia so don't have tge same access to supplies you mention so i'm going to use an A5 ring binder and pockets which will be good for larger focal feature sentiments. I'll use mostly white so I can brayer or emboss the matching colour to the future card
I am always looking for masculine cards, and I think the second (congratulations) card would work well for a masculine card. I have tons of patterned paper, so this is giving me a whole new way to use it! TFS!
You have always been a girl after my heart! I love to step up pattern paper! Stenciling, ink blending, pastes, embossing powders... All of it! And the Circus Harlequin is definitely one of my all-time faves as well! I love that look that you've achieved with the gold embossed Harlequin. 👏👏👏
Ooh, cool, I missed this. Well not cool that I missed it, but that I found it. Just love the stenciling - I don’t think I would have thought of that, and I have a lot [translation: waaaay too much] of patterned paper. You’re the stencil queen.
If you are ever wanting to check out other ones you may have missed you can click on the playlists or the video button and have a looksie. I have over 400 now if you can believe it 😲
@@amyswares underneath your comment it says “Translate to English.” So I tapped on that and it changed your “Hahahah” to “Hahaha.” Thank goodness; otherwise I wouldn’t have known! 🤪
I am also very excited to use this tchnique on those not as pretty paper designs! I invested in all sorts of embossing ink pads and lots of colors of embossing powders when I first started stamping; it was embossing that drew me into stamping. Now between using my powders and my embossing folders I should be able to make some nice cards with those papers! THANKS for sharing.
Great way to use pattern paper. I must have some stencils that would work. I’ve filled an old Tim Holtz Bigz dies storage box and half of another one! Guess I have a few stencils. 😂
Thank you so much for this awesome idea! I have a lot of patterned papers I didn't know what to do with but can't part with. I am going to use your idea!
Thank you for sharing. I thought the first one was such a beautiful patterned paper lol. I have been doing this with embossing folders and stencils on my ugly papers lol
What a great technique and love the cards you created. Will definitely be giving it a try with my stash of patterned paper!! Thanks for sharing this Amy!!

You are so kind Rose, thank you! It is called Mint tape and I just added it to the product list with a link below the vid. You can just expand the vid description box and find it there. Sorry about that. It may be out of stock but it's from scrapbook dot com. I appreciate you watching!!
Hi Amy! I love this idea, especially for some of the designs in my paper packs that just aren't my favorites! Your cards have great composition. I wanted to ask if you've had art training or do you just have a good eye for design? Thanks and keep the inspiration coming!
