- I made just another spontaneous trip during chinese new year, and this time around I flew to Jakarta, Indonesia to visit my friend from college. Yes it is this brand have a long time history
Yes, Teh Botol (literally means bottled tea) is the first time tea comes in glass bottles, my mom said it started around late 60s. Although nowadays, it can come in plastic bottles, or carton.
The original Teh Botol retains its flavor since the beginning (at least since I can remember, and I'm almost 40 years old), though now there are variation to it.
Other companies have tried to duplicate the success by adding fruit flavor to tea, but they are still different from original Teh Botol.
Maybe yes. But some foreigners don't like jasmine tea. They say the taste is like rotten socks.

From Singapore, go straight to Bogor and back to Jakarta, precisely in North Jakarta. Jakarta is not as large as Singapore, where all day you will definitely get from one end to the other. Jakarta is not as quiet and clean as Singapore. Despite the shortcomings whatever people say, I still like the nation's capital itself.
If there is another chance to visit Jakarta, explore more interesting places. Even more. Jakarta is a picture of Indonesia.
Jakarta is only 69km² shy from Singapore's area. I've never been to Singapore but with the notorious traffic problems Jakarta has... I don't know if we can go from one end to another end of Jakarta in a day...

A bit culture shock from the tidy and in-order the US/Sing to Indonesia esp the suburbs..haha but that's how u should experience the real Indonesia&the nature. Lucky you have some local guides...it was fun to watch the videos.. Hope u have other chances to experience more of Indonesia :)

bro is singaporean..from sgp to jkt, its the same from bogor to jkt... he can come to jkt every single week.. even solois..come saturday, back sunday..from airport, use airport train to central jkt, stay around grand indonesia, enjoy car free day at least. i just wondering, whole his live, why dont have any curiosity to go to city that so near..
