The individual video sequences were created over a longer period of two years, on various adventure trips and great experiences in the mountains with friends. Due to a complicated injury, it was this time extremely difficult to complete the video. The motivation was there, but the fact that I would never be able to go on such great trail running trips again was difficult to accept. Nevertheless, it was very important to me to close this chapter with a best of and to show what is possible if you train hard and believe in yourself. I want to motivate you to follow this urge to fight, but also not to forget to enjoy and appreciate what you have. You never know when it's over. Fight for your passion and what you love above all.
