- I go over step by step detailed instructions to building your grill. Only tools needed are a 7/16 & 9/16 wrench, 9/16 socket and ratchet, and Phillips screwdriver. Questions, comments, video suggestions are always welcomed.
Hands down one of the best set up video’s I’ve ever watched. Thanks so much. The booklet instructions are ok. This video made it very easy. @GrillwithWeber - set this man up with a deluxe model so he can provide a similar set up video for all of your customers. Thanks again!
Thanks for the love my friend. That would be awesome if they did send me a couple units to put together. Enjoy your new grill my friend.
Great Job with the video! Love that you cut through the nonsense and stuck to the nuts and bolts. Simple, quick and easy. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you!
I truly appreciate the feedback my friend. Enjoy that new setup.
Put the 215 together all by myself thanks to your awesome instructions! Took all the stress right out of it. Thank you from Canada!
That’s awesome, I’m glad I helped you. My friend from the north, enjoy that grill.
@@MrV2u enjoying as we speak 🙏🏼
Just bought a E-210 for a steal.. opened box and no instructions! You saved my day man! Even if I would of found instructions during build I would of threw them away because your video made it look so easy!! thx again!
Glad to help brother. Enjoy your new setup my friend. I try to be as thorough and to the point as possible.
Excellent instructions. We were following the written instructions and could not figure them out in a few places so turned to RUclips and found your instructions. We had no problems after that as your instructions were very clear! Thank you!!
I’m glad to have helped my friend. I tried to be as thorough as possible. Thanks for the awesome feedback.
I was told I was crazy for buying a grill unassembled, despite being pretty handy. Thanks to your video, I feel confident putting it together! My husband will love his Father's Day gift. Thank you!
Your not crazy at all, I’m sure your husband will love the grill hand assembled by his loving wife. Let me know how you make out or if you have any questions.
Mr. V -This is really great video. You leave no questions unanswered. If you are not a teacher...you missed your calling. Thanks alot!
Thanks for the support brother. Means a lot to know I helped someone out. Enjoy that grill brother.
Best assembly video I've ever watched. Great editing to keep the video short and to the point and excellent explanations.
Thanks for the love my friend. I tried to make it as easy to follow as possible. Enjoy your new setup.
Super helpful "how to" video. The camera shots were off from time to time but the "do this, then do that" level of instruction was super clear and helped us set up the grill in no time.
That’s what happens when you give your camera girl too much candy before the shoot. Glad the video could help with your setup. Enjoy your grill and make some good memories with it.
I can't thank you enough for this excellent video! I put together our new 210 by myself except for help lifting the heavy part out of the shipping box. The way you present everything is totally clear. Assembly was a snap thanks to you!!
This comment means the world to me, I’m glad I could help you out. Enjoy your new grill. Thanks Katie.
Thanks for the great tips to assemble the E-210/E215!
You got it brother. Pleasure to help out when possible. Enjoy that bbq grill it’s a good unit.
Thank you for this video. I like the fact that you recorded it in real time and did not skip around. Other videos on RUclips claim to be reviewing or setting up this grill but they are using the Spirit II E-310. You are correct in that this is the Spirit E-310 - not the II model. We have had this grill (Spirit E-210) for several years and while the grill itself is still good, the stand, which is painted metal, is rusting. It sits on our deck in the weather but is under a full grill cover. The base especially has rusted. We don't get snow in South Alabama but we do get a lot of rain and we have high humidity. I've ordered another grill like this and when it comes I will put it together. Lowe's would assemble it free but... I'm retired (70 years of age), and bored, and wanted a little project to do. Also, I will place all the painted metal parts on a plastic sheet on a table. I'll then spray them with a clear coat, at least 2 coats. I would suggest all you do-it-yourselfers do this. Metal parts are powder coated (all manufacturers do this). That means a positive charge is applied to the paint and a negative charge is applied to the metal. The paint is then drawn to the metal. Looks great but it is thin. The clear coats will help protect these painted surfaces. Again, thank you for this video. A very good step-by-step guide.
Thanks so much for the tip. I wish you told me this when it was new. I have my flag roll under a cover as well and you can see the rust coming in spots already. It’s not to late to clean up and clear coat it. Great tip my friend. Let me know how you make out or if you have any questions. Enjoy setting your grill up. Take your time and you’ll do great. One thing for sure is have an extra set of hands when you install the gas tank on the scale. I have another video showing how to install the tank as well. God bless my friend.
How To Install A Propane Tank On A Weber Grill

@@MrV2u Thank you for your reply. I'm writing this at 4:08am as our Arlo video doorbell alerted me that we have visitors in our front yard. Four deer to be exact. We live in a somewhat rural area with a lot of woods and critters.
In my original post I stated that I'll use clear coat and spray all the painted parts, at least 2 coats, on my new Weber Spirit E-210 grill. Another use of clear coat might be of interest to you. We have 43 solar pathway LED lamps around our home. They light the walkway, a flower bed along part of the driveway, a pathway in the back area and I placed some on the posts of our wrought iron fence that is the area for our Maltese. He is only out there when we are with him as we have coyotes also. These solar lamps are from Amazon and can either be off, on at 10 lumens or on at 25 lumens. Very nice lamps. You know how the plastic covers over the solar cells oxidize, turn white, and greatly reduce the charging of the batteries. This is due to UV rays. I wish the solar cell covers were glass. They can be cleaned but it is not an easy task. Anyway, I spayed all the solar cell covers with 2 coats of the clear coat which is UV resistant (Rust-oluem from Lowe's). It's been about 2 years now and they are still as clean as new with no sign of oxidation.
Curious what clear coat you used - I might do this also.
@@timjordan6717 rust oleum clear coat. It’s definitely worth doing it brother. I have to clean my grill out after the winter months and depending on the condition I’m going to spray it. I’ll probably make a video on it soon.
Thanks for all of the details. You put a lot of effort into this and it shows. The instructions that came with this grill had not one printed word. Your video is great.
I truly appreciate the feedback my friend. Enjoy your new grill setup.
Just what I needed. I got one of these freshly delivered from Amazon sitting in the box in the garage now, and I'm about to attack it. Turned to trusty RUclips to see if anybody had put something like this up. I gotta say this is very well done. So many steps, in order, from start to finish. I think you covered everything. Gives me confidence I can get it up and running for the 4th, just 48 hours from now. Thanks!
You got it brother. If you need any help I’m here for advice. Nothing like RUclips when you get stuck huh? Lol have a amazing 4th of a July brother.
Awesome! Thanks - best use of 16 minutes of my time this month!
Glad to help and thanks for the support. Enjoy that grill.
Thanks MrV2u! Just bought a E210. Was struggling with the door cause the instructions told me to put the grey nob thing up from the bottom put you simply just need to drop it in and was wondering what the chain was for. A match holder. Lol. Cheers from Vancouver Canada.
@@SuperCarterjones yeah the instructions need a redo but glad the video could help you. Thanks for the feedback and enjoy that grill my friend. Cheers

really nice job on this video! Easy to follow and thorough without adding useless commentary so prevalent in these kind of videos. You are a pro at this! Well done and thanks!
Thanks for the support. I always try to be quick and thorough. Enjoy your new grill.
Really nice video- thank you so much. I’m sure I saved an hour by following your video instead of squinting at the little pictures without words in the instructions.
Glad the video helped you my friend enjoy your grill.
This video was incredibly helpful-- thank you.
@@mikeabcd glad to help Mike. Have a great grilling summer brother.
Thanks man, exactly what I like, a quick walk through, no BS. Gotta build mine tomorrow morning and be ready to cook in the afternoon. If you were here, there'd be a burger with your name on it.

Great instructional video, no messing just the important parts, well done.
Much appreciated my friend. Enjoy your new grill setup.
Thanks for making this video!! I would have NEVER been able to assemble this BBQ from the assembly guide included with my BBQ! Very thorough, WELL-DONE INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO!
Much appreciated my friend. After seeing the instructions I thought it would be more helpful to see a video. Enjoy your grill my friend it’s really a good unit.
Excellent job of explaining how to assemble the Weber E-310 gas grill, as well as installing the propane tank!
I’m glad I could help. Enjoy that grill. Thanks for the feedback. I try to be thorough and to the point.
Nice job explaining assembly process from beginning to end. Very helpful
I try brother. Let me know how you make out or if you have questions. Enjoy that goodness it produces.
I just bought a Spirit E-335 with the sear station and side burner, so it's not exactly like the 310. However, watching this will undoubtedly help a great deal when I put it together tomorrow. Thanks for the clear instructions, and wish me luck!
Let me know how you make out my friend. You’ll be throwing down some great slabs of meat on the grill in no time flat. Good luck brother.
Thanks, man - will do!
Amazing. Mine didn't come with a manual and reading manuals is a confusing pain anyways. This was perfect. I only had to swear once or twice during the entire process! The shelf parts are different for the 210 vs the 310 in the video but easy enough to fiddle around and figure it out. Thanks for this! great job.
Truly appreciate the feedback. I’m glad the video could get you through trouble free besides swearing twice lol. Now make sure you make some delicious BBQ food my friend.
Great job!! We have a Spirit 315 and these instructions answered all our questions and walked us through the process excellently.
Thanks for the feedback brother. Glad to have helped. Enjoy that bbq goodness.
Thx buddy, I. Used your video to assemble the E-330. Pretty much the same, now I gotta figure out the side burner. Again, thx. Short and to the point. Awesome.
Glad to help, enjoy your new setup. Thanks for the feedback.
Thanks so much for your video. It made assembling our new grill so easy. We are not handy but you made this process a breeze!
My pleasure. Glad to have helped and enjoy that grill.

Thanks bro! I will opt to do it my self with your help here versus depending on someone at HD to do it. No offense to people working there but I am a control freak. :-). Appreciate the video.
Exact reason I did it myself brother. Besides more often than not they mess it up themselves. Besides it’s good to know your equipment yourself as well. Let me know how you make out my friend.

Excellent!!!! You did a great job! Thanks.
Thanks Mike it really means a lot to me. Glad I could help you.
I was building the two burner version but your video worked great. Only slight obvious differences. Out my old Weber on the curb and 🔥 the new one tonight. I love the igniter. Very smooth! Thanks again.
Mike Coe congrats brother. This is my first Weber. Hopefully it last as long as people say they do. Happy grilling my friend.
MrV2u I have owned at least 7 Weber Grills (both gas and charcoal). I have owned other brands but find the Weber to be better quality. I actually bought this one to replace a 15 year old 3 burner Weber that was on its last leg. I could have kept it going with a few parts but decided to make the change. I’m sure you will get many years out of your grill.
Awesome to hear positive feedback. I’m loving the cast iron grates for sure.
Many thanks...that was very helpful!
You got it Jim, thanks for the feedback.
Best setup video
Thanks brother it means a lot to hear that. Enjoy your new setup!
Thank you
Your very welcome brother.
I like the tip of using aluminum foil to line the tray and the upper pan but I noticed the manual specifically says not to. I wonder why
Probably because they want you to buy their foil trays. If you put foil on the slide the grease won’t work it’s way down into the tray as efficiently. But I still do it and have no issues.
Thanks bro
You got it brother.
Hey Mr V, got my grill assembled thanks to your great video. I do have a question, the warming grate doesn't seem to fit, when you set the one in place in the video it looked like it dropped right in. The one included with my e210 is not only snug, the tines that slide into the grill body are smaller then the slots in the grill? Any thought before I call Weber?
Perhaps they gave you the wrong one. Stupid question but did you try switching the orientation? It should just slide right in brother.
You're the man!
Enjoy that bbq brother. It works amazing. Glad I could help out, thanks for the feedback.
great video, will be installing my new toy in the morning. pretty confident after watching your video. how much time did it take you to install from scratch?
Less than a hour but with the recording about 2 hours. Enjoy that grill brother, it’s a awesome grill for sure.
Great video thanks
You got it brother.
Well done (no pun intended), thanks.
Lol thanks my friend. Enjoy your grill.
Great video
Thanks man!
I like how you threaded that bolt into the nub!
Oh yeah and those v shaped steel bars you put inside the grill , what did you say they were called ? Flamer bars or flavor bars , sorry I don’t speak Spanish .
Burn it all down brother man 🔥
There so flavorful they make your meat so flavorful. I’m going to start my own BBQ joint soon.
I’m silly with the nub action.
Thanks man
You got it my brother. Thanks for the feedback. Enjoy your long weekend and that grill.
I had mine put together by Lowe’s and they made some major mistakes and now I’m very concerned after watching your video my wires are dangling in front of my face
That’s crazy, follow back to when I run the wires and try to fix your problem. It shouldn’t be that bad. Let me know if that works for you. You can do it trust me. Good luck my sister.
Perfect, thank you. I might some slacks you want to buy, eehhhhhh

Très bonne explication, félicitations, excellent video.
Mais je ne comprends toujour pas à quoi fonctionne la chaine???
Merci😂

@@MrV2u merci beaucoup
Petty sure you put the grates in upside-down. Per Weber the flat side is the surface side.
Michael Rowland I haven’t had a issue with it. Lol perhaps your right though. Thanks brother.
Funny thing, I just received this grill used from my neighbor and the grates are flat side down too. I have not used yet. I did have to order new grates as the underneath flat side was really dirty. Looks like it would be easier to clean flat side up (even). It wasn't until I started looking for new grates that I noticed the difference in a picture or I would be grilling on "wrong side" too. I did confirm on the Weber website from a FAQ.
Lol thanks again brother. I’ll go flip it next time I use it.
I always thought the flat side was to be used for cooking small things (shrimp etc.) that might "fall through", and the other side for bigger things.
Lol the mystery continues.
What is the purpose of the chain?
It’s used to hold a match. In case the igniter goes bad. It allows you to reach through the gates and ignite the gas.
Got all the way to the last step and mine didn't come with cooking grates!
Damn brother sorry to hear that. Call whoever you bought it from and make them make it right. Either get you the grates if not make a call to Webber and see if they can rush ship you some grates. Let me know how you make out brother.
@@MrV2u thanks dude, worst part I bought it last year at on sale and it sat in the box for a year. I see replacement ones from like $70-140 but would have just got the E-310 at that price! Your video was a lifesaver though by the way. Only difference with the E-210 is one less burner and the side tables come with metal rods, clip and plastic pegs instead of 4 metal brackets and def look a lil cheaper to its big brother
@@ShaneAOF maybe go to the store buy another one open it up and let the grates fall out then return it. 🤫
i just got the E-215 and it came assembled but the left side table will not go down flush any thoughts?
Was it mounted correctly ? Maybe they reversed the bolt and nut and it won’t allow it to lay flush? It has to be hitting something.
What’s the Natural gas conversion kit for this model... not finding 5019 ?

Hope that helps. I’ve never converted one myself. Make sure all your lines are leak free and you’ll be good to go brother.
Anyone know the size of the screws for the front panel?
You can go to Home Depot and have an associate help you match up the screw. I don’t know the size off hand brother. Just show them the screw you need and they should be able to match it up no problem. If they don’t help you try Lowe’s.
I don't understand how the propane scale works
I got you Patrick. Check out my other video on the tank install. Here’s the link to it.

If you have any other questions I’m always around for advice.
My friend has a 215 model & there is no hole on the bottom of the base to put the bushing in that goes in the hole on the bottom of the door & also the spring loaded pin on the top of the door what secures it & keeps it in place? Its a all open area.
Each unit has its own differences. Beside people complaint on the difficulty of hanging the tank on the scale it’s a great unit. Enjoy your 4th my friend.
@@MrV2u I found out the reason the door won't go on, My neighbor has the bottom base on backwards, front & rear reversed, Do You think if I removed the lid & grates to lighten it up that I can put the bottom base on properly or do I have to tear the grill completely apart? Thanks
@@mt357mag with an extra set of hands you should be able to switch it around without issue. Just make sure they get a good grip on it and go for it brother. Let me know how you make out.
Thanks, I have to do it alone, I may try to lay it on it's back & Put a screw in each corner then stand it upright, it's a 50/50 chance. Thanks again
