wow..It's in primo sahape. I have a 97 XLT like this one...with all the bells and whistles,too. I have a lot more miles and some things are worn out..so seeing this is how my car probably looked 2 owners ago.. :)

times you will use low gear are when you need torque. Like in mud, going uphill in dirt etc. If you use it while driving on the road, with road speeds, you will break the car.

Low Is for city? And 4x4 high for difficult roads?
I believe High is for sand or grass and Low for rocky or uneven terrain
