Not gonna lie, this is a really lame change. The Cabin was a really nice spot, especially since it was so far out from any towns or loot spawns that it made it a trek to leave and return to the place for any needed materials. Populating it with Zombies doesn't make a lot of sense, especially when they talked so much about making the zombie dense areas "more realistic", this one flies in the face of that, and does not make much sense at all. This same thing could be said for Rosewood Prison, because it's Zombie pop makes not a lot of sense. Also muscle strain is fine, people complaining about it as much as they are is kind of silly, it's not as bad as they want to make it out to be. Strength and Fitness offset the strain and endurance issues, but I will admit, the level of which endurance drains now is a bit ridiculous, and just adds more 'downtime' to the game of waiting for your stam to go back up.
It feels like they made too many miscellaneous changes to 42 that the game is practically unplayable because alot of them are unintuitive to how the game worked before and affect the game too heavily. Things like zombie hearing being much better, loot being rarer, and weapon repairs being completely inaccessible until the midgame. I think the devs want to artificially crank up the difficulty because they see all these veteran players doing really good at the game and doing crazy challenge runs when they want it to be a gritty post-apocalyptic survival game.
