  • Today we show you how to make a Easy Steak Fajita & Broccoli Stir Fry
    I had some leftover Steak Fajita meat so I used it in a stir fry...
    So easy and Quick and Delicious...
    I hope you give it a try...

    Ingredients
    1 pound of pre cooked Steak or Chicken Fajita meat
    7 Green onions
    1 spear of Broccoli
    2 cups of baby bella mushrooms sliced
    handful of mung bean sprouts
    1 cup frozen mixed veggies
    Salt and pepper to taste ... remember fish sauce has salt...
    2 tablespoons fish sauce
    1 tablespoon Sesame sauce
    Prepare as shown

    Now that is a great looking stir fry. Love that your combining Asian concepts and Mexican flavors. They actually go very good together.

    typically you don't keep the root of the green onion, all the flavor is in the green. Just a tip.
