The machine that you were using with the two different heads was an low frequency ultrasound and the flat head is used on large muscles groups like your legs, arms, or back. The one that had the point is used for small muscle groups like hands, feet, or face. It is used to help loosen up the muscles that are tight and also help with blood flow. Just thought you should know what type of machine it is and what it is used for.
