I fell in love with Y EDT pretty much instantly. Its been my most consistent fragrance since I went down the fragrance rabbit hole. I love the whole line, but this has easily become my signature scent. Been happy for this warm winter as I've gotten to wear it a bit after having to set it down for the last 5 months.
Great review and YES…this version (2022) is a BEAST. I prefer this so much more than the 2017 OG Also, the new Y EDP Intense is insanely strong too. Those are my two faves in the line
I own a 200ml of the 2022 Y EDT and this is a case where the reformulation really helped. Also, just because you mentioned Y Eau Fraiche I'll say I have two bottles of that. Love Y Eau Fraiche.
I had a Y EDP sample and liked it, but I ordered the EDT online because it was on sale and was disappointed by the EDT when it arrived. I like the EDP better, but oh well - I'll still wear the EDT.
@Discovery_and_Change thanks! Yeah I honestly prefer EDT due to versatility. Imo I would wear it a few times before deciding; I never wear the edp anymore because of this
I have a 10 mil sample and I wonder if I got an old sample of it. It doesn't perform anywhere near like the EDP does but if I can find it for cheap I'm think I'm going to pick it up anyway because I do like it and not everything by arsenal needs to be nuclear in its performance. Sometimes I wear stuff just for me
Damn, really hammering these out now! Great job, of course. I think I wouldn't be the only one interested in a loose Glamfinds ranking of the YSL Y line you've experienced, if you ever feel so inclined.
Now I’m super curious. Abysmal performance from the original even going heavy, which is a crime. I’d be happy with 4-6 hrs., but 8 would be a dream come true. ❤️❤️
I cant agree more with you on this one. Y edt 2022 last 8-10 hours on my skin, and sings for the first 2-3 hours. The first hour is intense. Basically a fresher version of Y EDP. Even though I like the EDP dna more it's just too much for me, it goes nuclear to the point Ive stopped wearing it. Sad because I have 180ml of a 200ml but it's Y EDP so I know someone will buy it from me. Overall this is great line and I just ordered Y eau Fraiche and Im trying to find a deal on Y live. I got into Niche fragrances first and its brought me back to designers along the way. If you would have told me that I would be collecting the Y line I would have laughed but now it's hard to avoid, they just work. On the hunt for a 200ml of sultani right now but I have to get a sample. I know Ill love it but I have to not blind buy something that expensive.
I wouldn't be surprised based on the notes. The good news is that typically, if you start wearing it more often, you'll start smelling it for longer each time

I picked this up over the weekend at Nordstrom Rack for I believe $65. A great deal and I enjoy the scent. An easy no worry scent.
