Finally, someone who students can trust, otherwise RUclips is full of self proclaimed Messiahs.
We students really need mentoring we are short of life experiences and lack resourceful people...
Most colleges are busy in fee collection...
they don't care for future of students...
    We need you...
Thank you so much ma'am, for your time.

Ma'am I was feeling so very down at this point in my life, because I got 1 year gap (bcz company postponed the offer letter and later revoked), and I will have to join again as a fresher in autodesk. I was feeling left behind.
But through this video, I got an amazing perspective that it's not all about career, but it's really beautiful to see ourselves as well earning professional, out of comfort zone, on our own and all these neglected aspects which is really very beautiful perspective.
Keeping these in mind, I will continue to grow in my career too.
    Thank you!

    Hi Varsha,
I did MCA and after working for 1 year as a developer (mainly on JavaScript & HTML), I decided to choose sales in a FMCG company because I was not so good at it and I wasn’t serious about my work then, because like you mentioned I was also looking for self employment opportunities!
Now I have 8 years of experience in FMCG sales but I feel so under utilised and wish to start again in IT.
I would be moving to Canada with my family in upcoming months and I will have to start working afresh there!
And if to start over then why not start with something I really want to do.
But now I don’t know how and from where to start? And not sure if it’s still possible!

    • @theCorporateDiaries
      @theCorporateDiaries  4 года назад +7

Dear Ankush, looking at your case I immediately felt you can combine your both the skills "tech" and "sales" and can successfully build your career in IT Marketing and sales Team.
These professionals are highly valued and paid well, as they are the ones who bring real business and as the IT companies have all tech products, so they prefer their marketing people to have some sort of technical background so that they can understand the products overall, if not in depth.
I see an immense growth for you in such a field, give it a thought, and specially now everything is becoming more digitised, even marketing is all about digital marketing, so your tech background and sales skill will compliment well...
Hope this helps, All the Best!!

Hi Maam, I am too in dilemna
I am not good at coding ...rather not interested at all ...but working in IT...the role I got doesn't match to my expectation...the RMG literally forces the freshers to random projects without considering their interest ...sane happened to me
Also being from a middle class family ....this job is very very imp to me ... But not at all enjoying the work and I do aspire for a certain role but don't know whether I will ever be able to change to it within the organisation

Thank you so much ma'am ... Right now I am pursuing my last year of diploma in computer science and technology and I am not good at coding... I am very scared and ashamed of myself that I am not good at coding as because everyone say that coding is everything in IT sectors

    • @theCorporateDiaries
      @theCorporateDiaries  3 года назад +1

No dear, coding is not everything in IT industry, half the jobs in IT Industry are not even related to coding.. It depends on the "Job Profile" work on, not the industry..
I am a HR, where ever I work, I will work as HR, my work doesn't get technical with IT industry, neither it gets mechanical if I join a Mechanical Company..

Thank u soo much plz make it viral guys, its something which btech students need in todays world where a student does not know what is their future and what they are going to experience in their corporate world, because of our pathetic indian education system.
Would request you to make a video on Sevice Based Companies as they ask for less coding Skills as compared to Product Based Companies, and future scope and salary elvation in Service Based Company Switching after some years.
Would to see a video on this Topic

Dear Rajat, I have already done a video on this context "Services Companies", please check it out here: ruclips.net/video/sqK2qWjQIlI/видео.html
also, its not that services companies ask for less technical skills, don;t fall into that trap, please choose job as per the profile, if you are not so interested in coding, choose a profile that doesn't require much coding, not the service company... these less technical profiles are available in product companies as well.
      Hope this helps!! Take care

Dear Dilip, the best way to start career is:
      1. Determine what "job profile" you would want to work on.
2.. Gather knowledge what would be required to be at that role.
      3. Learn all those skills and apply to the roles.
Just learning random things will not take you to any direction.
And to help you find what job profile would suit you the best, here is a detailed video: ruclips.net/video/ZkIGHhCCwdA/видео.html

I am very weak in coding . Also I hate coding .I am working in a service based MNC. Luckily I got a support project which doesn't involve any kind of coding. But now everyone is saying me that my life is finished . Now I won't be able to do anything in IT career , no growth nothing. I want to know is this really true?
