Actually ( 🤓 xd ) the hitbox isnt bugged or sucks, what if it sucks is that the hitbox is mainly affected by the delay of the player or by the server, that's the reason why the hitbox sucks and it's so easy to do 2 or 3 hits in one to a person.

I also just realized something, I have developed games for personal use and have tested hitboxes, Slap battles use outer hitboxes, which means an object just has to hit a box around you, and when you ragdoll that box will stay where you land making you vulnerable to getting slap, outer hitboxes are meant for rpg and shooter games, inner hitboxes will be better as it will always follow you and always be on your torso.

I like how a default glove person defeated you when you reached 800 on the second try like imagine 50 kill streak people couldn't kill yo but a sneaky default glove guy killed you. That's one lesson. NEVER underestimate a default glove person. They might not one shot or fling that far. But they are sometimes always 8 steps ahead of you.
I think the reason why you died when you were close to 250 was because, a hacker went and literally obliterated you. But you won, since you made a child so mad they installed hacks and had to waste their precious childhood. I’ve met a a hacker before. Another one in Killstreak Only, but they were using Happymod. It sucks. It can make you double jump… and thats it.
