If you ask a question you may want to let them answer the question before starting another question whilst they are mid explanation of the last question. just a thought :)
It's a work in progress! 😀
everybody has and wants to learn.. just heared it somewhere😉
@@greymarketpod its early too which is why I was polite :) I'm sure Nico will make a video and tear strips off you :) lol
Wish I read this comment after. Because every time it made me annoyed lol. But keep up the good work avi and Alex.
💯٪ ^
Hahaha it's pretty shittttty (AKA Avi) . . . . . .
Get someone else to host this before it fails . . . It's rough 🤣 honestly.
Alex is my favorite person at LB. Love his vibe. Authentic, unassuming, intellectually honest, unconsciously competent.
Let’s gooo! Great content
Appreciate it!!
Alex is a scrapper, insane what growing up in adversity can do to motivate you. When he said the feeling of going hungry or seeing his mom struggle, that will stick with you for the rest of your life. Congrats Alex, keep fighting, remember where you came from and help those around you.
He’s quiet but hungry.
The podcast is not a job interview Avi. Let alex speak haha
I’ll try to do better!
Love this content, but please let him finish his answers. I'm sure it's not what you intend, but it makes it look like you're making this about you rather than the person you're interviewing.
I hate forgetting the question when I think of it so I rush to ask it. I’m working on getting better at it.
Alex is a stud. He deserves every success.
why can I relate to Alex so much, an inspiration man as someone in the banking industry I don't take for granted any of my opportunities, hopefully my first Rolex can come from you one day!
Interviewer is so annoying and always wants to put his 2 cents in, its not about you dude. Learn interpersonal skills and let the interviewee talk smh
Thanks bro. Working on it.
It surprised me when he said how much hate Alex gets. I thinks he's such a cool, genuine, humble guy. He seems nice to the bone
Same
Alex i think is the best addition to the team so far. He was the first young gun to the show and brings a lot of the younger hype generation to this channel. His humble demeanor makes him so personable and always love seeing him in the videos!
Alex is class.. Massive respect to him
This Podcast is fantastic...I love everything about it!
This comment made my day!
You cut him off on every question you asked him lol
I have to admit watching Alex since he's started something about him seemed to raise some backstabbing/sneaky vibe, but after hearing his back story and listening him articulate his mindset I have a new found respect for him. Although at the time LB made that "second team" offer he really needed the job it's easy to not answer the door when a underwhelming offer is knocking but to his credit he ran with it and apparently has been working hard to learn and provide value to his employer and customers. Great episode.
Ayyy nowaitlist ! Keep killing it Alex. I wish this was longer
And yet, he makes 40K per year
He strikes me as one of those guys where he ends up as a person where you share an objective and just let him run with it. Heard someone else call him “scrappy,” and it’s a good descriptor….but he’s a lot more than that. You can tell there’s a lot going on in his head, but he’s usually the quietest person in the room. Seems like a great guy, and it’s nice to see him killing it. All the best, Alex!
Avi, super dope content! Alex, is "the man"! Sorry that sounds so cliché but it's the truth! Keep grindin Alex!
Thank you for the support and I agree with your statement about Alex, he is "the man"!
This guy Alex is an example of a young man that took the right way in direction of success and is very motivated, he took the oportunity given, that might be one in a life time. Keep up mate!! Greetings from Luxembourg
living American dream!! You've earned it! Congrats!
Sorry “I don’t mean to cut you off” but you cut him off all the time 😂
I’ll try to do better!
@@greymarketpod in saying that, you do ask some good questions ! Keep it up love the guests u get on your show too really interesting !
Kid has his shit together. Your upstream for your generation! Keep up the good work and leave the naysayers in the dust.
Outstanding Job Alex keep up the great work man!! Let the haters hate man!
Avi let the kid talk. He's trying so hard to keep the podcast on track. It's just constructive criticism I know this is new for you. Alex congratulations on your new success. But you still need a work life balance.
This dude interrupts soooooo much, great podcasters listen!
Thanks for listening
@@greymarketpod also are all of those numbers for Alex gross or net?
Alex is a grafter, you have to respect that. Hard work pays off and Alex is proving this! I wish him every success.
Congrats Alex. Avi, good choice in offering him a start - and I think this podcast will only get better. You will get more comfortable as an interviewer and become more aware of not talking over your guests. Still good right now, however.
That's the plan!
Alex is the man! Great work ethic, all around a good humble person 👍
This is an awesome f@ckn story man, loved hearing and seeing a different side of Alex. His a Hustler, his determination and motivation to succeed is second to none.
Keep the hustle Alex! If you consider a vacation to the Caribbean visit Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 🌴🌞 🏖️🔥
Alex spends his money on onlyfans..highly doubt he’s getting any action 😂 j/k keep grinding Alex 🤝
Excellent questions and excellent interviewing skills. Alex is on his way as long as he remembers; at every new level, a new devil is out to destroy you. Be mindful, or you will crash and burn. I know I've been there, and it's a long way back.
12:42 is nonsense, and the "I don't have many stable relationships" line highlights it. Unless the sum total of who you are (and want to be) as a person is solely tied to your professional achievements, this makes no sense. The number of "successful" attorneys i know that have woken up one day and questioned "WTF HAVE I BECOME" is staggering. Find your balance.
Awesome Alex keep the haters if you have 30 you need 60 by the end of the month pimpin keep the hustle stay 100! By the time you are 30 I hope to see you with a 2nd hand jet. Viva la raza
Dude, unbelievable first off that you're only 23!? You carry yourself 10-15 years older. I'm also really surprised to hear to you get mad hate in the comments; you always keep it g & you've got stone cold poise, keep grindin'!
THEY HATE ME CAUSE THEY AIN'T ME.
MY MAN!!! WELL DONE MY BRO!!! KIA KAHA, STAY STRONG 💪 KIND REGARDS BEN FROM NEW ZEALAND 🇳🇿 EXCELLENT EXAMPLE...
Congratulations to Alex for making it!! 👏
I get mixed vibes from him, he seems to be sort of sneaky and shows off on his insta. I don’t question his back story but now he is seems sort of like a little jerk.
Interviewer needs to stop cutting off Alex man holy
Smart young man listening to a good mentor
Ari is new to this so i’ll be gentle, but damn, please let the interviewee answer the question !!!!!!
Talk less, listen more.
Alex and Nick are the two most genuine guys I find when watching your channel, respect to them both and hope their rl is just as balanced and successful as their careers.
now he need a good ppl to tell him not to buy M4 and lambo crap.
Great episode! Awesome to hear more of Alex's story! Keep the episodes coming!
Respect ✊🏽 Alex!! Wishing you the very best bro!

Ignore the haters it all comes from a place of jealousy, every single one of them would love to be in your shoes at such a young age.Keep it up plus this was a really good and insightful vid can't wait to see the rest of the team with there stories also 👍
Enjoyed listening to Alex. Would enjoy it even more without your interuptions. Please learn to listen.
Trying to get better as an interviewer
“The times I felt most lonely were the times that i was growing the most” A bar 🔥🔥🔥
@Avi let him finish a sentence without interrupting him! We want to hear what Alex wants to say not want you want to say.
Working on it! Thanks for the feedback
Good for this kid. Obviously a hard worker and would be successful in any career.
Great job!
Thank you! Cheers!
he’s smashing it ,well done mate
Please Avi. Don’t do anymore interviews where you talk about yourself. Wait for your own interview. I came here to listen to Alex. Let him speak FFS
Sounds good.
Excellent question and answer session love it, keep up the amazing work.
Does Luxury Bazaar hire sales reps that work remotely?
Thank you! Unfortunately no.
Impressive young guy.
Avi, these are great! Never knew all this about Alex and I have shared this video with a few college age kids I know. Alex thank you for sharing, keep on killing it! One suggestion for Avi is let the person you’re interviewing finish the answer before you speak again. On a lot of the questions Alex would start answering and you’re trying to finish the answer for him.
I appreciate the feedback and support! I'm working on becoming a better interviewer.
Still trying to push this guy?
Wow, congratulations Alex! You must make your mom proud 😁 very impressive sir live that life! My question is, when do we get Anna's episode?
Very soon!
Impressive at 23 I was doing overtime at 3 different jobs miles appart to pay for rent and car payments 🤦
We respect the grind!
Great video! I wish I had been that focused at 23. I think having Roman as a boss and mentor has really helped him focus.
Totally agree!
Keep grinding Alex! Money never sleeps💸💸💸
Inspiring
Avi let the kid finish his answer
I’m working on it
Given that he is bringing in so much money they are paying him Nothing.
He’s getting paid very competitively and he’s not complaining.
Just some feedback, let the question rest and be answered. No need to ask a question and cut them off mid-answer. Podcast has tremendous potential. It just needs some adjusting on the hosting part.
Best of luck! 🫡
Thank you for the feedback, I’m new at this and learning and improving.
where can we buy the Unauthorized Dealers trucker hats???
Drop coming soon.
@@greymarketpod nicce! 😎 need 1!
So his 17.25MM a year (35MM over 2 years). 5% margin to LB would be 862,500 MOM. He clears 15-25M a month. Or 180k-300k a year. That’s a huge commission %. Damn!
Avi, you are a brilliant interviewer, keep these videos coming!!
Thank you! Doing my best!
Why you're misleading he didn't make any 35 Mil ! if I sell real estate over 50 or 80 mil . I didn't make that money I'm just getting commission.
this show i liked more👍
Happy to hear it!
Saying no >>> grand standing for 15mins avoid answering the question
Hire me, I could outsell him any day of the week. Let's actually listen to how he sells and how difficult it really is. If he tried Real Estate he might discover that in person, people are less willing to buy something of such high value from a 23 year old. I'm assuming that he doesn't go out knocking on doors to sell $100,000 Pateks. It's all done on the phone.
Great job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you 🤗
Alex is my favorite but I really like them all. But I didn't know he was the top sales man. 35 million is a lot, I wonder what his cut from all of it was.
My favorite dude in LB. Alex keep grinding you a inspiration. Respect.
I feel your pain Avi I spent years educating myself and learning while I busted my butt and then the current president took office and basically haunted my line of work and that made my job essentially non existent. So I get what you mean for sure. Now my wife and I are focusing shifting into something else that has a better shelf life than the pipeline did, it was amazing money and we were smart about it so we don't have debts at all but the last 3 years have been rough because my job was on and off but it just isn't sustainable anymore atleast for now and so I'm moving forward and hopefully can find a place in sales eventually for someone like you guys/girls at LB where it's a good group of people who all lift each other. More companies need to be like that and they could do so much more ❤️
Hate become from people who never beeing on that way Alex goes! Everyone can goe the same way but not in his shoes 👍🏻 he is a smart Guy with the right focus! Love that guy 👍🏻 greets from Germany
So essentially you make 1-2% of the sales gross?
2% is $700,000 of 35M in less than 2 years .
@@floridaboybrandon954 moron… they make like 0.5% and after u pay taxes he’s lucky if he got 100k over 2 years
Alex is a fucking beast. Met him at the new york jewelry show. Luxury Bazaar is a great company and I hope to buy my first watch from them soon when I reward myself.
Alex is the real deal, you will be super happy working with him! Trust him, he won't steer you wrong.
23 going on 43. Bro age like a white woman hahaha. It’s all love ❤️
I do like that you asked how much they make. Pretty interesting
Alex is just another phrase for "pure hustle". Stop hating on him, man doing big numbers!
Hate=jealousy, people are easy to judge, at the end of the day you should praise and applaud a person that's come from the bottom to then reach high goals and becoming successful in life, even if i didn't like a person I'd still give them the respect for making a good life for him or her's life and especially helping to provide for their family, kids should watch this and take notes as to get success in any field is all about sacrifice, determination, and hard work. Really enjoyed this thanks LB⌚
Before I even heard a word come out of this kids mouth, I could tell that he was hungry. That he had come from less than ideal situations, just by the look in his eyes. Keep killing it bro! Mad props.
Alex you embody the mindset of: “ only compete with your past self”
Good for you Alex if they hate on you they are jealous of you.keep your head up striving for your goal.your haters also have their head up .but it's up there ass.
Love a grind story. Keep pushin, Alex.
Got any job going there at grey market, I'll jump on a plane tomorrow?
My law office experience and story is pretty similar to Alex's lol. Great job Alex
Hats off to Alex. Bless him and all the best in succeeding his dreams.
Alex is a really good kid, got the right mindset I wish I had that his age
Best of luck, but watches have a time line I feel. Better to have a fall back just in case
Love the podcasts, thank you so much for the insight! I believe in you Alex, keep doing what you’re doing❤
I do really like the podcast. Alex that's great. Keep getting that bread!
Is that an LB tattoo?
Yup! That's dedication.
if he has 23m why is he flogging watches ?
Alex is the man. I am going to buy my first watch off him.
