I have one question. After reducing my browsing time, I find it hard to find things to do. I replaced phone time with reading and working out instead but I run of things to do. Say I read a book for an hour and then exercise for another hour. What do I do for the rest of my hours? Sure I can read again and exercise but that's boring if I repeat the same things.
Dude, you have to figure out that for yourself. I can not fill your days with an exact schedule, especially without even knowing you. Be a little creative. You can do this. I believe in you.
You need to divide time bro 1- Early morning focus on breakfast , take shower , clean yourself 2- after 2hrs of breakfast, exercise for 1 hour 3- after that watch movies or series 4- read book in the afternoon 5- if you have nothing to do cook some food try a new recipe 6- in the evening workout again / water your plant 7- shower 8- dinner 9- scheduling for tomorrow 10- sleep early for 7/8hrs wake up early

For me, over the years, I’ve noticed cravings come in on days 3,7,14,21, and 30-31 (that is the furthest I’ve gotten).

You have to remember that many things can cause cravings. Testosterone is just one small thing. Most often it's low dopamine that causes cravings.
