Ahh yes engine 62 we just worked on the siren tonight and it holds up to 250-260 gallons of water we replaced the light bar and the bumper and we took down the back black barrier
250gpm pump with a 250gallon tank? So you’ll be out of water in 1 minute?
That only if you run the pump at full capacity. Typically a brush truck is pumping 10-25 gallons per minute, so you have 10 minutes or more of water.
No different than any other fire engine. Most pumpers have pumps that are over 1000gallon per minute, with tanks between 500 and 1000 gallons
