I also had a 67 with the four piston disc brakes. In the late 70s the left front cracked where the bleeder goes in and let me tell you in 1978 it was a bloody nightmare to find a caliber. It took me six months and it was just pure luck I happen to bring it up while talking to a friend that worked at a different garage and he said he thought they had one up in the rafters of the shop. He checks the next day and Sure enough, there was my damn caliber :-) It's been 40+ years so my memory is a little foggy, and even then I didn't know if it was true, but I was told by a Pontiac dealer that only 252 1967 GTO's Were sold with Disc brakes. For a driver quality car, it is probably best to just yank the spindles, control arms, and brake hardware from a 1969 model. That would get you the venerable Single piston GM disc brake set up that is as reliable as a horse and very cheap to source parts four.
+Bobby Horn That's what I always say! I don't like the clutter but that was a busy week. Kids are riding the bikes around in the shop today and that's a nice feeling too. MT Baker and the Fleetline are both almost done.
I had a 1967 GTO damn near identical to this one. In fact, if you are anywhere near Northern Virginia this could possibly have been my late teens car. But I doubt it :-) I also had the new for '67 Four piston front disc brakes. And I can tell you if you are finding any parts at all for them at this point, you are damn lucky because I had a Break bleeder split one of the callipers and it took me I think nine months to find one. I actually had to drive around for nine months with a pair of vise grips clamp down on the left front brake hose. Man what a dumb ass teenager will do LOL Anyway, I was told somewhere along the line that only 252 67 GTO's had these brakes. I don't know if it's true or not but given the scarcity of the parts I'd say it's entirely possible. The 1967 GTO is my heart car. I'm going on 62 now so the odds of me ever owning another one are pretty slim but if I were ever to win the lottery or something like that I would seek out the best 1967 GTO in the country and pay whatever it took to own it. Whatever it took. And that would be the car I drove until they put me in a pine box. Actually I'll make them bury me in the car :-)
I just purchased a 66 GTO and would like to know if you have ever used a reproduction front fender for these cars ? How well do they fit if you have ? Thanks Keith
The back window section is notorious to rust out. Glad you got it,
Really starting to come together! Looking good
Great to see someone sharing detailed video how to's as you work along on a Pontiac GTO restoration. Us Pontiac fans appreciate it...

I love silver on black. Reminds me of aviation engines and parts and all that good stuff. :D Really nice work done on this one, really nice.
Those exact same bolts are on my 2005 Nissan Cabstar (small, 3.5 ton truck (Europe)). Maybe you can search this way to find any...
Thanks for posting the vids, very helpful.

Gotta wonder if you are going to finish the GTO before Project Binky hits the road. I'm betting on you guys.
All good things take time! They are going over the top on Blinky though
I'm not sure I want to see the end of Project Binky... it will be like having your best friend move to Finland.
