Why my Victoper head torch won't charge?

Due to the head torch only being in working charging issue: Here is the solution.
Be in good working condition after the plastic film had been removed.

You know, I have never encountered a device arriving with the batteries in the battery compartment but but covered in plastic film. I expect this is why this video exists. But wouldn't it have been better to put a short note on the box just saying this: Charged batteries are in the battery compartment covered in plastic film. Please take out the batteries, remove the plastic film, and then place the batteries back in the battery compartment. Your headlamp is now ready to use.
