coming from someone who played the games in order, in my mind i always thought that any player with experience in the newer souls games would come into this game and steam roll through it. then i forget how much easier and so much more stamina regen you get for rolling and other actions in the newer games. one way to melt this boss, get yellow pine resin buff your weapon, run and hug gargoyle hips and backside and go to town. the first gargoyle will die in seconds just in time for the second gargoyle lol. Btw your dodges are pretty on point and you dont spam. i think you are pretty solid even if you struggled with this boss.

Thanks, I appreciate the tip. I’ve finished DS1 at this point and I gotta say I didn’t struggle too much with the bosses. I had bigger issues getting past the normal enemies in some parts since in elden ring you can just run past most of them on torrent.

@@beckachuu yea i noticed u are on ds2 already after i commented. yea in dark souls games its much harder to run past everything.

Holy moly, that thumbnail is absolutely incomprehensible to me... And it made me click on the video and want to watch it to figure out wtf is going on there - so it worked! LOL
Edit - oohhh, okay, after much squinting, I finally understand that it is colorful art of the Gargoyles, I see now!
