Arguably, the best Pippa can do for PC now as their biggest talent is to network with other larger vtubers, both indies and agency ones. It's gonna bring more eyes on PC and they can rub off on the other members. Her collabs with Fillian are an example of that.

Agreed, some of the Cappipis are r*tarded, they can't leave an idea or comment go. Poor Pips can't just freely speak her mind or ideas without these tards running it to the ground. Same with all these collab begging with more "controversial" people when she's stated multiple times before that she doesn't want to involve Phase and the other girls in any new drama just by association. Kirsche is who they should be watching if they want those collabs since she's been on sidescrollers and with Papa Gundam and being indie she isn't going to cause trouble to any other coworkers or a company.
this is an overreacting bad take. ever since the original raid, natsumi's primary chatters have in fact been pippa's chat. she became a massive capipi and regularly gushes about pippa. she even knows to rag on fishman to get her merch shipped out.
i wasnt there to see people pushing her to apply, but she has in fact applied for gen 3 before and got rejected. fishman said the company didn't suit her style and growth. she's kind of unsatisfied with the response, but he gave her a compensation aka supa after.
she is half jokingly extremely jealous of gen 3 and threatens to ban people that tests her patience by edging with hamster jokes, because she wanted to be the resident rodent. tmk, she has barely if at all, acknowledged the jp branch. my guess is that she is probably actually somewhat salty after finding out it was a thing lol

Look, as someone new to Phase Connect (who doesn't understand English very well), I don't know anything about the controversies that people who talk have gone through in the past, about this vtuber doing this thing or this I don't like him because of what he said, or about certain rumors that a certain vtuber said, look, I don't know what trouble Pippa or any of her friends have gotten into. I don't care about them, I just want Pippa and everyone at Phase Connect to be free and happy to do the work they love so much, that's the only thing I want, well, that and for none of them to commit anything illegal, but that's already going out of their way. about the topic.

Lisa is the only that I know on this list that would 100% make a good candidate for PC. Clio can't be a part of Phase because she's part of a group/company, Kirsche and Sleepy are pretty much only geared to be Indies, and Filian is doing well on her own, so I can't see what benefits she'd get by joining a company
There's already a lot of ex-Tsunderia in Phase (Dizzy, Ember, Muyu, Saya) so it's not like she'd be a stranger. But it's up to her, can't make someone do something they don't want to do.
I think especially people like lisa or Pina or a majority of the vtubers who were under tsunderia and prism would be good fits for phase, they understand what its like to work in a corporate environment and some of them are very talented, it's just sad to see their agency's didn't get to fully bloom. but some of them fit phase better than others not all of them would fit the vibe that phase has.
I can see Lisa joining as an invader sometime in the future. I and a few other people had to do a double take when Hina debuted cause of how similar their vocal rangers were, but Lisa was actually streaming at the very same time.
The problem with the exPrism talents is is that there's so many all at once and a lot of them seem to be maintaining their gen unity. On boarding Pina might mean on boarding Miyoshino Shiki, Suzune Nia, and Rikudou Yura all in the same go. At least with them though, they're all seasoned veterans and should be lower maintenance. Also, they've been allowed to keep their IP, but we don't know any of the other specifics of their termination with Prism/Sony. They might have a noncompete of some sort that came along with still receiving their new models that arrived after graduation.
I think Pippa raided Yura right around of the Prism closure and chat was trying to convince her to join PC. She sounded like she was doing to be indie for a while to relax, but said she was considering a music centric company in the future. Depending how A/LURE turns out, she could still end up in PC. I think it was Pippa and Yura, but I know is was a PC to Prism raid for sure.

While Pippa and Ember have talked about the guns they own. Sleepy actually shows her guns off on stream. She'll take them apart, clean them, etc. If I remember correctly, Sakana has stated in the past that guns are one of the few things he won't allow the talents to live stream.

I also don't think the collab worked that well. The two audiences did not seem to merge well and the blending of the two streamers seemed rough in parts.
Reminder that it was the reaction from the Pippa/Phase Connect fan base that created the Camelot controversy. The company threatens a frivolous lawsuit against him in Tenma and Lumi sent him death threats.
Camelot is living out his dream of being a NASCAR driver and even after all the BS the problematic parasocial fans put him through he would still be willing to wear a Pippa hat on national television.

I trust sakana (and his staff) to know when to hire new people, do events, etc basically any financial stuff. They’ve been pretty resilient and the talents all seem to be happy with sakana, and reject his ideas when needed.

As far as the buffering goes, for the last month (if not more) Pippas streams have been non stop buffering for me. I don't see any others in chat complaining about it so I assumed it's on my end however it's only Pippa sreams. During Phase Wars I could watch any of the other talents & main channel but Pippa's was nothing but buff.

As someone who literally hated ANYTHING related to Vtubers until two and a half months ago~ because of how fake and pristine they acted 5 or 6 years ago.
I think Pippa being fake to herself would cause more damage than her not doing some "X" related content for entertainment.
If you've been watching Pippa the last several months, don't worry, she's already done the toning down and what you see today is the result. She's mostly talking about not interacting with political figures/commentators (except Kirsche :^) ) and some weirder fleshtuber collabs. Also no more ghostpolitics jokes, which I'm actually a little disappointed about, but that's inevitable given him raiding Dizzy's and someone else's chat or whatever he did, I didn't pay attention. But yeah, the politics/commentary people she's interacted with keep harrasing her coworkers, so she's stopped doing that some time ago.

Pippa has been toning herself down for over a year now. Pippa used to have to delete one VOD a month because she was too controversial, her stream on the sovereign citizens is still peak Pippa.
Notice how 5 months ago she claimed the weird and quirky thing she wanted to do was hike. She even asked her fan base to submit videos. However somebody told Pippa this was a bad idea because it's not a normal thing for vtubers to do.
nastumi has applied and been rejected for gen3. this was before jp branch was known. she was already kind of salty about it. probably even more salty now knowing jp branch is a thing. but she's recieved fishman's compensation akasupa after auditions. imo its not unlikely she tries again next time.
sleepy doesn't want to be in an agency. she is happy being indie and is basically already an untagged member of flavr for that pseudo corpo experience.
i don't think lisa likes fishman. she has experienced his driving first hand, and deems it life threatening. if she wanted to join, i think she would have long since done so along with the other ex tsunderia.
pina and most other ex prism don't really have the on brand menhera vibes, nor do they seem particularly close with PC, so it's kind of a stretch that their seiso members would want to join. some of them are heavily music focused, which PC doesn't really push for either.

If you are toning that back, then you are forgetting how you got there in the first place. If we're in her stream she should be free to act like how she normally does. If she sends us somewhere, just tell the chat not to be like idiots and not to glow. Kirsche does this and it's generally worked for her.
Most of us know to keep ourselves contained to her chat, but if she's changing who she is for other people's sake, I don't know if that's good or not.

Just to preface, I don’t want to spread rumors or anything, but something about they way she was talking about no longer pushing limits, making a comfortable environment for her co workers, and not doing certain collabs has got me thinking that there are certain talents at phase who are pressuring her to be more “politically correct” for lack of a better term. Perhaps I’m reading to much into it, and I pray that isn’t the case, but I think we should keep a eye out for this sort of thing unless a culture like the one in nijiEN develops. I curious to hear y’all’s thoughts on the matter and if I’m alone in thinking this
I don't think that is the case, I don't watch every pippa stream but I remember she made a collab with a guy some time ago. Forgot his name, after that collab that was chill he made tweets "joking" that he was with pippa irl and taking a photo of a random woman. Pippa did not like the tweets and made some tweets about it, I remember at least tenma reply to Pippa's tweet too. That guy later make a fake apology for PC and of course his fans wasn't with the vtuber side. I believe after that last incident of interaction with people like him she wanted not to snnoy her coworkers as she says in this stream. She already have a lot to work with, to have fun with, and lot of other people to befriend. So going for networking and talking with other vtubers is totally her best decision now that she is opening to be more social. And she cares about the members and phase connect itself. So after that incident i believe she really rethink some things. (And correct me if im wrong but sakana did not want the collab but she went still, im not sure about that but the collab itself wasn't bad, the problem was after )
Niji doesn’t pressure for political correctness, they push for everyone to toe the line. Consideration for their coworkers seems to be one of the smaller priorities. What I hear from Pippa is someone learning to care about other people for the first time and acting accordingly.

-Yes there is most likely peer pressure to me, but its the "normal" peer pressure between coworkers if it makes sens. I can totally understand the others girls telling to pippa " look i have put alot of me into this, please dont fuck this up for all of us". Its sad but at the end of the day we are talking about their livelyhood so its serious to them.
- Also being "our girl" comes with problems that others online personas does not have : You put alot on the line but not your viewers, you risk crossing a political line that will make people turing on you at any moment, you gotta apologies to your boss because you didnt ban fast enough the "hello fellow racists how are you ? i do sure hate the jews today", you miss on collabs because of your public image ect.
ive seen this several times and this spiral rarely ends well for the content creator. And the bunny is a smart girl, i think she smelled it in the air. Its a shame though if only we would learn to behave a little bit less likes apes, we would have more content creators that behave freely.

The person super chatting just had the name it Ghost Politics they weren't the actual streamer, so I'm not really sure how that's collaborating.
Also if Phase management doesn't have approval authority on who Pippa collaborates with then why did both Pippa and repeat it say they weren't collaborating because of Phase Management.
This is why Pippa did not ask for approval when she went on Camelot's stream.
It also appears that Pippa has been gaslit enough that she no longer wants to take responsibility for the content of her tweets, which made Camelot think you can make the joke he did.
Phase management then threatened to sue Camelot. Lumi in Tenma then death threats to Camelot, this is why Lumi original Twitter account was banned.
Please then tried to give Camelot the exact apology tweet litter with meaning that the tweet the Camelot did put out which supposedly insulted the company was approved by the company.
Also why would it be strange for somebody to hate a company that threatens frivolous lawsuits and has multiple employees tell you to kill yourself?
However I understand why people wants to pivot, The delusional social viewers do tend to give more in super chats, you just need to ignore all the controversies they cause. The controversy with Ghost Politics was caused by his fans not the streamer. The controversy with Camelot was started by Phase Connect fans.
Also note that we're almost halfway through the year in Pippa still hasn't made those hiking streams.

her being too edgy draws the wrong crowd to the other talents of phase (seen it happen myself, people interested in pippa's edge always go to the other phase talents' chats demanding similar levels of edge which always brings down the mood). plus, it also draws drama from the fleshtubers she's interacted with hate raiding the other phase talents (ghost politics's lardass couldn't help himself)

The people causing the problems were Ghost Politics fans, not Pippa fans. It's also important to note that the person sending the super chats was not the actual Ghost Politics.
The Camelot controversy was started by Phase fans, Lumi (this is why she's on her second Twitter account) and Tenma sent him death threats.
I understand why phase management thinks they can extract more money from delusional parasocial fans however Pippa is not safe edgy. 5 months ago Pippa said she was going to do hiking streams, guess who told her that was a bad idea.
