What jig interest you the most?
The corner key because I just started getting into woodworking and have been trying my hand at some boxes.
The corner key jig
Jingle bells.
I have never seen the second Jig before today, its Quite a unique Piece.
A metric one 🤣
Seriously, I have no idea how you manage to measure things so accurately using fractions all the time.
I have always wanted to see the beadlock system in action. Every video I have found has been inadequate. Yours is the full meal deal!
Nice! Glad this could help!
That is their newest version of the beadlock system.
its why although it might not interest me a video i like it anyways because the bloke is just incredible!! i love all of his gear! and ill admit ive bought some of his plans!
For the corner key and contrast. I've used clear nail polish on the visible parts of the dowels before staining so they don't pick up the stain and keep a strong contrast with the white dowels and the stained wood around it.
do the boards need to be miteted or can you use butt joints?
i just bought this jig and havent opened the box yet
Great in depth video. You really convinced me to go ahead and get into dowels. Thanks!
2.9 million subscribes your videos diffidently are informative and educational
Thanks
Glenn can even make a 20 minute ad fun to watch!
Thank you for this great video. It was very helpful and informative.
Sorry I’m repeating everyone, but I had to because you do excellent camera angles, excellent explanation, and just and excellent video from you as usual! Thanks for the content!!!
I'm in an ole buddy of mines shop.He says P.C. today is "fixture".Ha !
You do good work.Take your time.
Gotta get a corner key jig. Awesome.
What I love about this channel is that you cover stuff that might be second nature to experienced woodworkers, but confusing to newbies like me (flipping the boards on the dowel jig end joinery - I might not have caught that and tried to correct or toss and start over… yeah, sometimes I’m that slow). Thank you!
Thanks for channeling your inner Norm Abraham! I especially love what you did in the garage! Now I've got almost too many ideas, but I'll write them down, prioritize them, plan my work and enjoy the process. You're a great role model and mentor. Be safe...
The rich sees an economic crisis as a garage sale also the rich stays rich by investing and diversifying their portfolio with stocks, Crypto currency and Forex trading which is the wisest thing every individual needs to do and it's real profiting
As the economy crisis keep rising one needs to have a different stream of income one needs to have a diversified portfolio in order to survive
I am 34 years old and made my first $150k profit few months ago, currently working towards another $150k! Just being smart and frugal with my money. Thanks to my dad for letting me know the benefits of taking risks now I'm looking forward in becoming a millionaire just by investing in crypto
IS BITCOIN A BUY NOW?
The market dropped days back
@@reuscann8171 Yeah... this is the best time to buy when the market is low to get bigger profits when it eventually rise 📉
Thnx for not editing out mistakes. I really appreciate how you explain how to use all three pieces of equipment and potential application they can be used on.
Really liked your demonstrations on these jigs. I think I need to get a doweling jig. I've been playing around with mortise and tenon joinery, getting better at it, but it takes too long. I haven't used dowels yet, but you showed it to be a good joint.
Just found your channel because my friend is totally amazed with some of you guys who love crafting with wood! New friend here.
*nice sharing bro👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽*
Glens voice is just amazing to listen to. Love the content
You are the joint master! Need all these Jigs. Thanks!
I can't even explain how informative and fun this channel has been for me. Thanks!
Glad to hear it! Much appreciated!
Dang that corner key jig is awesome
Excellent video for that newer generation. This will get you comfortable with joinery, and allow you to evolve into other levels at your own pace. Before you know it, you'll be doing all sorts of joinery... but coming back to a dowel system now and then will always be there in your mind.
Now, we just need a square hole version. 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Just the video I needed to see! Especially the Corner Key Jig! Thank you!
Thanks, I like all 3, but I really like the finished look of the Corner Key Doweling Jig, very nice and clean looking
Very informative, Thanks!
Those look really useful for reinforcing "Boxed" furniture!
Very nice jigs!. By good fortune, Rocker is opening a store reasonably close to me next month, so I will check them out. ("Reasonably close" is 25 miles instead of 150 to the next closest store.)
These videos are awesome. Dude, make anything and I'll watch. You're awesome.
Glen, another great demonstration. You remain our man of the hour for all woodworkers!
I recently bought the Beadlock jig to make a plantar box with varying size off stock from 4x4 to 1x3 and LOVE it. This is an EXCELLENT video! I loved that you kept the mistake in the first miter piece, who hasn’t done that? 😮
Honestly, I've never made anything for my home but I love your channel. I check up on it periodically and I'm looking at starting to stock up on a little tooling to have a go at some of your projects myself.
Keep up the fantastic work, you're a brilliant video maker, teacher and craftsman.
Your videos are so good. Thank for for being such a great teacher!
Just got a corner key doweling jig yesterday, and this vid is in my feed today! Thanks for the info
Thank you, I appreciate the nice way you talk when explaining the process.
For me, the first one seems like the one I'd use the most. Fast and easy to do a good job.
Would u do a video building a small liquor Cabinet/bar? mini fridge and space for glass wear would be a nice feature
I like that last (3 dowel) joint. Could come in handy.
Good instructional video!
Thanks for sharing those tips and the make!
Any time!
Awesome presentation! Thanks for sharing.
La mejor universidad gratis de la era reciente Gracias¡¡ /// The best free university of the recent era Thank you!

Super 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Very informative video 🙏thanks for sharing 👍👌👍👏🏻
Stay safe and connected dear friend 👍🤝🙏🔥🤝🙏
Have a great weekend 🥰👍👌🤝👏🏻
You really hit all the major benefits and downsides of each of these. Appreciate the good coverage. I'm looking to build a heater cover so still trying to figure out the best method to join the wood.
Very clear presentation. I am off to my local Rockler store in San Diego. This dowel connections will improve my finished surfaces for tables and more. Great Job
Excellent video and great presentation. Just the right speed and very clear explainations. Good Job
I just started using a router table with tongue and groove bits this week. I feel like the first caveman who discovered fire. I built all new shaker cabinet doors for my kitchen in a couple hours. lol Love your videos, man.
That was... very informative, well done, and nicely presented. Great work! Also appreciate all the links in the top. Helps ensure with everything available out there, we're finding exactly what you were working with.
Great video
Really enjoy watching and listening to your vids. Having set aside my doweling jigs 30 years ago in favor of biscuit joining, I still found your information quite interesting. The plus side of the biscuit joining is the speed and lack of cumbersome set-ups such as with the doweling jigs. As a master carpenter of many years (OMG ! Next year will be 50 years of building custom homes, cabinetry, and countless custom projects), I find that the biscuit joiner (I use the Porter Cable) along with the Kreg pocket hole / screw jig(s) will accomplish 99% of my joinery needs. You might share with your viewers the different types of dowels available (straight, spiral, fluted, tapered, etc, ) and how the glue causes the dowel or biscuit to expand ensuring an extremely tight connection. Work safe!
I look forward to your videos. They are informative and to the point. Not a lot of silliness and rambling like other people.
Thanks Bud!
Well, now I need to go get myself some new jigs! Thanks for the video brother!
😅
Very informative, concise, and Insightful. I love all these tools. I wouldn’t mind having them in my tool grouping for flexibility of using them in any application, as needed.
I really enjoy your channel. While I only watch the videos that interest me at the time, I really appreciate how you get the information across with out making others feel like complete idiots.
Love this guy. Excellently presented 🎁

Most enjoyable and very informative. Thanks.
You are an excellent teacher! I am having fun learning from you.
Thanks for sharing👍
Good work
Great video, thanks for posting.
Nice
Thanks
Fantastic video and information! Thanks!
Corner key jig has peaked my curiosity!
I need to get myself some jig helpers.
My method? Drill jigs in one side, put paint on all the tops, push the pieces of wood together, drill where you see paint. You can image how reliable that is. :D
Never thought about using a doweling jig on mitered corners, but the effect looks pretty cool, especially when mixing wood species.... Thanks for sharing!
Glen, another super demostration
nice video thanks!
Really awesome jigs, Glenn! 😃
Thanks a lot for all the tips!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

Love my dowel jigs. When there's enough room, I use a pocket hole bit to prevent creep.
Buy the General dowelling jig , all metal ergo NO creep.
Thanks man!
Love your videos
Thanks!
Great job explaining everything thank you very much
Excellent tutorial! You are so good at taking the intimidation factor out of building and creating! Great explanations for each jig and its purpose, as well as step by step instructions in how to properly use them. Saving this video in my favorites list so I can easily refer back to it when needed! Thank you ~~Christy~~
Very nice, well done video. As always you did a good job describing the entire video. Love the look of the corner dowels
