You are a paralegal. Remember, there are two ways in which one can become a paralegal. The formal way(Diploma) and the informal way(short courses and workshops). Either way will qualify you as a paralegal. You did the Diploma, the formal way.

Hey I haven’t experienced any in campus learning but one thing I can tell You is that it will be a great change . You will go from having lecture classes and having a lecturer to having to be your own lecturer and having no classes. You have to be disciplined as no one will be going after you and reminding you of the study units you should be studying You can however join groups to study together and have that support from people that relate

Hey so per year you take 10 modules max 5 for first semester and 5 for second semester. It might be hard but you will def finish the degree in 4 years if you take less You might take longer to finish the degree. First year modules have codes that start with the number 1 eg. SCL1501, ILW1501 , PVL1501 (btw I’d recommend choosing these modules they are very important)

Why are you doing 3 modules ? But yes you can still change to LLB that’s if you meet the requirements using your matrix certificate they only use your diploma results once you finish the qualification

Hey, Nsfas does pay but they don’t pay in full and they take time clearing fees. To answer your question this situation with Nsfas depends on your luck cause sometimes they pay sometimes they don’t

Yes, there are 9 assignments in total only 6 are compulsory and 3 are optional but I suggest doing all 9 . Then the lecture uses the ones with higher marks to give you your final results

Can i ask what's needed for you to apply for LLB? They require your nsc results or you need to pass all your modules for diploma in law?
Remember when you applied for diploma you used your certificate so now the credits boost your APS meaning you have to pass your modules
