Thank you all for viewing, sharing and commenting. For the moment this is all filmed material that will be released from this event. We might release some shorter nuggets in future, so stay tuned. There was no timing done during the day.

does anyone know where one might view the more full version of this video or is it private? Like others here, I am curious what the overall times and performance was between cars and drivers.

s1 e2 quattro with 591hp would be a though rival! with stig blomqvist on the steering wheel.

How much slower was the Sport quattro? Looks like the champ really liked to drive the rx.

The full article was on the german "auto motor und sport" paper, Walter says that the new one is very easy to drive, but i dont remember the time difference between the cars... i dont know but i mind it was not that much. The Sport Quatto has 400hp the new A1 S1 560hp, Ekström says in the article that in the old car the course has 14 corners and in the new car only 7 because you have to steer in the opposite direction befor every corner to prevent understeer and swing the back of the car out =) sorry for my gramatics ;)

I do know germans have very good advertisement mechanism to promote their products the truth is that they have very poor reliability cars. Also truth Rell is a great driver but very much involved in thar strong german advertising mechanism!

Poor reliability cars? Are you thinking in what are you saying? German cars are the most reliable cars that exist and Volvo´s too, I see most of other car brands with 250 000 km and german cars with more than 400 000 km.

The thing is that fits on the cars before the 2000, all neve cars have aluminium Blocks; those arent reliable.
