Such an adorable concept, and a beautiful tattoo! I enjoyed watching the real-time process to really appreciate all the detail that goes into your work!
so reassuring to watch these, to see when making designs you make mistakes and correct them and neaten them up with a white pen, i want to peruse tattooing once i finish collage, and i always see these perfectly polished stencils and designs and it can be quite overwhelming. but to see your whole process and the little mistakes you make and your amazing finished product gives me so much hope that i can be as successful as you one day. love your work and thank you for posting this.
How lovely! I’m going for my first ever tattoo next week (on my left foot too) and this has really helped me understand and visualise what it might be like when I get it done. Super helpful and so interesting to watch - also, what a beautiful tattoo! I love the shading you did and the detail is gorgeous! Great video ❤️
Awesome video, the dolls are so cute :D can I ask, if you love a tattoo artists work and style, is it ok to email them with a basic concept, size and placement and say you just want them to create something for your appointment? Or does that seem flaky and like you just don’t know what you want? Thank you x
Thank you so much for asking this! I was going to comment pretty much the same thing earlier! I've had an idea for a tattoo bouncing around my head for 10 years but have never approached a tattoo artist with it for fear of being ridiculed or told to come back with a complete idea. I mean it's tattoo ARTIST right? It always used to be that you'd go to an artist who's work and style you love with your idea, and they would design a piece in their own style, of what you want. These days tattooists mostly expect you to rock up with a completed design that they can run straight through the stencil machine with minimal alteration :/ (At least, that's what it's like near me) Holly is awesome though, so I doubt that's the case ;) hopefully she sees this so we can both know for sure!
In my experience it's good to ask, so either talk to them in person or email them. Some tattoo artists love drawing things themselves and others prefer you to have a clear idea, but yes, they are artists and they do have designing skills! It won't hurt to ask, and when you find one (or a couple) artist that you feel you can co-work with then you're probably going to be set for the future too! (as in, you'll probably want more) :):)
Would you mind sharing what needle sizes you use and the pen weights that you match them to? Your stream looks very clean and organized a d I love your art and videos! Thanks
I love your artwork and all these videos!! It's really helpful for those people who are really interested! May I ask why you are using red and blue color pencil instead of using a normal 2B pencil?
Hey! I’m looking into tattooing and I really want to become an artist so i have a question. Did you pay for your internship and do all shops charge for apprenticeship

thanks for the amazing informative and helpful videos. Mind if I ask which type of size needles you used for this? thanks
is there any special reason you use red/blue pencils?
Great video, I noticed you didn't use vaseline or vitamin d during tattoo is there a reason?
I did though
