I was so impressed to finally see a young lady dressed up following the vibe of such an excuisite place … then I saw her socks and sneakers. It killed me😂
Hahaha :) Thanks for your comment. I guess we do have to adapt and find the middle ground between former styles and the modern times :) What do you say?
Beautiful apartment and nice presentation. Lamp on the table with silverware is Georges Halais, marine painting could be La Rochelle by Gaston Balande.
I was hoping you would talk more about the furniture. Some of it looks almost Biedermeier. Also, if you could slow down the camera work. Give us time to enjoy. Great dress, BTW.
Our very young, darling hostess leading us through this “Historic Grand House” is way over her pretty head. You have a lovely future ahead, my dear, but need a few more years and a bit more tutoring for such weighty work. Have fun along the way and don’t let my older, rather snide remarks slow you down…go for it!
How many times could this be filmed zooming in and out of livingroom. I would have liked seeing these 2 rooms, focusing on decor, and slowed down, To See!
Lovely video, well presented. Alas, the word 'like' is a bit of a tic on the part of our presenter. Especially in the first half of the vid.... there after though, it was not as evident
@@Interior_Insights_ I furnished my own dorm from second hand furniture stores. Bottom line the interior furnishings do not enhance this magnificent building.
Yes, I could tell immediately you made a mistake with the year of construction. 1806 was not Belle Epoque but Imperial… but to me the biggest mistake was saying the word “like” in every sentence where it doesn’t apply. When talking about something beautiful, please use beautiful language. Though speaking correctly should always be the norm.
@@Interior_Insights_ Well done if you're not native. I've taught English for many years, and native Gen Zs use "like" all the time when they shouldn't, so it spills over into the speech of non natives. Just saying that without "like" in every sentence it would have been a 5 star video. I'll give it 4 stars and a "like". 😊 Keep making great videos.
Hey :) thank you! I agree the modern language tends to consist of a fraction of the words we have and I definitely still have to learn that as well :)😊 all the best!
Hey hey :) In the video I kept referring to 1806, when in fact this building was built in 1906. sorry for mixing it up!
I wondered. 😃
Yes, please 😁 And keep entertaining us with the most inspiring interiors!❤
of course! 😊
The most beautiful space!! Cant wait to see more 😍
Thanks 🤍🤍see you next week!

Thank you! And Thanks for all the extra Info, you seem to have a lot of in depth knowledge with design - how come? All the best, Jane

1806 is not the Belle Époque, but 1906 neither.
I think the Belle Époque era continued until the outbreak of the first WW, no?
Lovely video, well presented.

Thanks for the info! Not sure if its a tic or if its just out of nervousness / performance :)
The building is beautiful. The furnishings look like my apartment in college. As does the arrangement. Shabby but not chic.
wow :) what college do you go to?

not a word about "art Deco"......
I believe I did mention Art Deco, no?

Beautiful home but furnitures in the corner, it’s not good. Room looks small and crowded.
So interesting of you to say that! I love the asymmetrical placement of the furniture, it looks incredible in real life.

As I am not a native speaker I think my English is just fine :) but I do still see room for improvement.

How many times does she say like!!
Too many to count :)
Every other word is like. 🙄

I do wish that this young lady would desist in inserting “like’ in her speech. Totally unnecessary and takes away from her explanation.
hi Julie! Thanks for your comment. Im working on it :)
It’s a desk
what is?
Gorgeous home, but you need to say the word LIKE less. Thanks
