I appreciate that you are working to perfect your presentations and are trying to eliminate the word “like” from your speech. Practice, practice, practice before being on camera. That will really help. Also, avoid describing everything as “beautiful.” That word does apply but is being overused. There are so many other ways in English to describe rooms and furnishings. You can describe delightful patterns, sumptuous fabrics, interesting design, luxurious furnishings, exquisite workmanship, etc. Also, tell the camera person to avoid showing your socks and sneakers. It would be more elegant if you wore lovely ballerina flats or a slight heel with your dress, and that would look nice on camera if there is going to be a full camera shot. The bottom line is rehearse what you are going to say and be mindful to eliminate the “like” word entirely from your speech unless you actually like something, compare something to something, or you’d want to do or want something….I’d like to sit down, I’d like a piece of pie. Keep at it. You are on your way to being a very professional presenter.

I like historic apartments. This apartment is beautifully designed. Although, I do not like a lot of black in the apartment, this one for some reason looks very elegant. I love all their lamps and they go well with the furniture. As you are an interior design student, you might like 'ARD Room Tour' RUclips channel. The channel shows very very old buildings converted to homes while retaining most of the original architectural designs.

I wonder if the light that comes into the windows of a space dictate to us the colours we see inside the space... i think the renovation was very nicely done, i like the kitchen especially

I love it and think its wonderful full of personality, and simplicity. Very nicely done the little house and the tour x I particularly like the painted door in the kitchen with parts of the wood exposed, and im loving the fire place in the main living room, nice colour too. oh and the plastic water bottle behind the beautiful flowers shows the real life of the presence of every day living, 😉

For my taste, it is moody but not in a comforting or elegant way. But the crown molding is nice, and it only matters that the owners like the style.
