A pow can kill an angry sun but only if the pow hits it directly when it's trown (which you can't do in SMB1 unless your have an SMB2 mushroom)

How the heck you gonna sit there questioning if it works instead of just trying it? That was painful.
They even lured you into using the shell with the small area with two coin blocks BEGGING to kick a shell between them. Considering the rest of the level, that was way above the level of design they had going.

If i'm correct Dave lives in the middle of nowhere town usa, with probably like no crime and wants to move for his kids to somewhere where there is crime and still probably no opportunities because of the declining society?
Some rural town in the middle of no where is a way better option than any large city to raise your kids in.

Super confused as to how you didn't know koopa shells (also buzzy beetles, and spinys for that matter) will kill the sun. IIRC the fire flower did too.
The angry sun also got a downgrade in the graphics department when they updated it. The one that doesn't look angry looks stupid.
