By the way, Bennett's C6 "15% Pyro DMG Bonus" also applies to bow and catalyst users. It's rarely useful but characters like Yanfei and Yoimiya will benefit much from it, and i think that's worth considering.

Which you can then use to exchange it for the sapwood blade in the cave with the big glowing -and beautiful- tree by giving it to an aranara there. So, I guess you can get it before Sumeru archon quest, but you will need to at least do 1 part of the aranara quest
I want to point out that Bennett C1 doesn't give you extra healing pass 70ish%. You won't heal your teammate everytime but you will always buff your team.
I love Bennett so much. Him and Kazuha have such amazing synergy. One of my primary abyss teams is Zhongli, Xiangling, Bennett and Kazuha. Aoe pyro is so good

@@Ranamon9132 i still pley yep! Honestly Heizou can fit with almost any elemental team. For F2p, you can easily run Heizou, Kaeya, Rosaria and a healer like Barbara and thats useful freeze. Otherwise you can think of a great taser team like Heizou, Fischl, Kuki and Sucrose. Heizou + any 2 elements + Flex support (aside from Electro and Pyro because he's Melee and likes things in range) is great
Thank you so much for this!!! I've been running Bennett on a Maiden Beloved set for forever and a mid sword bc I thought you couldn't do anything to change his base attack besides level him up. I just switched him over to a Noblesse Oblige set and the Aquila Favonia sword and the difference in damage is so noticeable!!! AND he is still a good healer. Amazing.
Mr. Socks didn't touch on this much, but for those who don't know, the Clam Set will not work properly on Bennett purely because he stops healing once the character in the field is at or above 70% HP. He does not overheal beyond that.
PSA: c6 bennet gives the pyro damage bonus even if you aren’t a claymore spear or sword user , you just don’t get the pyro infusion . The constellation writing is wierd but yeah c6 is awesome for yoimiya

With current addition of Yunjin that buffs normals, I think it is safe to activate 6th constellation. Most of physical carrys use normal attacks except Eula and Bennett's burst kinda not that helpful for Eula, the time for error is too short when combined with Eula. Where as 6th constellation buffs Pyro carrys and tartag/raiden national variant much more.
Problem is that it's a restrictive c6. Yeah it's not the worst thing ever, but it does just make him overall worse. That 15% Pyro dmg bonus isn't worth Bennett l's utility and overall future proof support. It's short sighted to think that c6 is in good for an account, unless that account exclusively uses Pyro characters
Bennett, the most (only) anime like character in Genshin. His stories are always funny, including the dating stories with the most anime-manga endings. He always getting into trouble but with a smile and making fun of himself at the same time looking to improve. He is my favorite male character in Genshin Impact. Japanese voice is 逢坂良太::Tanikaze Nagate from シドニアの騎士 for those who like anime.
Good to know that my Bennett's build is almost the exact same in this video. 😂 He's literally the best all-around character in the game. I main a Physical Kaeya, but I pair them for a melt burst, and Bennett does around 50k+ outside of Abyss, and still heals pretty decently and his burst is always ready to go. Worth the investment.
I got tired of the red exclamation mark on my user portrait by never activating his C6. Since I only really use him for Childe International, it was nothing but a pure damage increase anyway. But actually, the pyro infusion is really fun to use and enables some actually quite crazy compositions - like Kaeya forward auto-melt.
I needed this updated video, I've been torn what kind of stats to go for my Bennett regarding his healing. It's tough to have both high ER, Crit Rate, Crit DMG and THEN HP for healing.
C6 Bennett works with all characters but physical dmg builds for anyone who has it I have a C6 Bennett and can still use him with xiao zero problems because Bennett’s ult can’t overrides xiaos ult the same with others characters that do the same like Ei and noelle says in their kit it can be over ridden. Only exception I can think of is Chong because he also puts an aoe down that changes party members atk not just their own. Sorry for the long post just thought this might help some people
If your gonna use him in multiplayer exclusively I recommend that you use his c6 for aiding characters such as hutao yoimiya and Klee while other characters stay out of the field for reactions.
You can't turn off the C6 once you go for it. Hence it's pretty strong reason not to. It's sacrificing a strong flexible valuable for greater powerhouse but only in niche team/situ. And those niche teams aren't even weak without Bennett C6 to begin with.
Still, most of the teams that use bennett don't get their total damage reducted by his c6. I'm not saying that it's always good, but there are some scenarios where it increases or doesn't change the damage of the team. I'll make you some examples including what works and what doesn't work anymore - Childe/Raiden national: it gets only benefits because of the 15% damage bonus xiangling gets from bennett's field - xiangling melt with chongyun: it doesn't work anymore because bennett c6 overwrite chongyun's infusion - kaeya/rosaria reverse melt: it gets only benefits because of all the pyro the enemy is getting hit with, hence permitting more reverse melts - Ayaka/chongyun main dps: I don't know why you should put bennett with ayaka unless she's a burst dps, still the damage gets reduced because of the overwritten cryo infusion. - Every team using actual bow/catalyst users as main dps except for yoimiya/yanfei: it doesn't change the damage at all - Yoimiya/yanfei main dps team: it gets only benefits because of the 15% pyro dmg bonus Now I'll list the character that gets worsened by bennett's c6 Physical kaeya Physical zhongli Physical jean Razor Keqing Chongyun Ayaka Now, how many of this characters actually have bennett in their most popular teams? 4 characters don't use bennett and 3 do. However, there are lots of other characters in the game. And if you do the maths, it will be clear that at least ¾ of the cast benefits/doesn't mind bennett c6. What I'm trying to say is that it's the player's choice to activate this constellation based on what they have and what they use, because if they use eula it's a sin to activate the c6, but if they use, for example, diluc, he gets only benefits from that same c6 that could have ruined eula's damage. I think that mihoyoverse should add a button to turn on and off the effects of a constellation, but until they do it we'll have to remain here arguing. So, you know what to write in the next survey
I understand your point. I think limiting my options for non-substantial gains isn't for me. By non-substantial I don't mean that the actual buff is small, but in a sense that currently there's no content that validate the necessity of going C6. I can never know if there will be future characters that can be hindered by C6. That's my concern. I already wrote about this in few past surveys, along with making Signora playable.
I absolutely love using Bennett for most of my teams! He is a great healer and dps he's very useful for all the battles i had him in! This video just really shows how amazing Bennett is and you should take him to granted This did actually really helped me as well! I’m personally in the camp of activating his 6th Con it’s been nothing but a benefit for me, a team with Razor,Nahida,Xingqui, and C6 Bennett absolutely wins

My only 2 5* are Jean and Kazuha, glad to hear Benett is great with them. He will be in upcoming Yoimia banner and hope to get him a couple times as I don't have him yet.
started the game like a week ago so I'm not very far or experienced with the game, so when I pulled Bennet I didn't think much of him, never even read what his big ability did so getting recommended this has made me reconsider ignoring him lol. granted I don't have even a quarter of the stuff you have and have a single 5 star unit in Keqing but I'll keep this in mind for the future and learn more about who I pull.
I watched best team for genshin impact and i only had Sucrose in them then after that video i start my game and wished i directly got xingqui and after 3 days i got bennet... I already have 3 of them 😂😂😂
I remember when I 35* my abyss and I desperately trying to 36* it. I try everything I can from switching artifacts to team comp. I still fail. Until... I decided to C6 bennett. so for me personally, not being able to use bennett as a flex unit is a small price for perfection.
I'm in Inazuma story-wise but I ran from Liyue to Fontaine just to get him from the Mega Meka Melee event. I'm so happy I got him. He's perfect for my Xiao.
I just finally changed my artifacts on bennett, had him as an HP bot for the longest time at level 80 with a level 90 alley flash, Changed my ER sands to attack%, threw a pyro goblet on and put skyward blade on him after level 90ing him to make up for the ER i lost from changing sands, still has 20k HP heals plenty, has a 56-151 CR/CD ratio and 1600 attack 232 ER, bursting anywhere from 45-65k and his E is hitting for 15k . Truly a busted character. (still running 4 piece Nobless)

If your gonna use him in multiplayer exclusively I recommend that you use his c6 for aiding characters such as hutao yoimiya and Klee while other characters stay out of the field for reactions.

You can't turn off the C6 once you go for it. Hence it's pretty strong reason not to. It's sacrificing a strong flexible valuable for greater powerhouse but only in niche team/situ. And those niche teams aren't even weak without Bennett C6 to begin with.
Still, most of the teams that use bennett don't get their total damage reducted by his c6. I'm not saying that it's always good, but there are some scenarios where it increases or doesn't change the damage of the team. I'll make you some examples including what works and what doesn't work anymore
- Childe/Raiden national: it gets only benefits because of the 15% damage bonus xiangling gets from bennett's field
- xiangling melt with chongyun: it doesn't work anymore because bennett c6 overwrite chongyun's infusion
- kaeya/rosaria reverse melt: it gets only benefits because of all the pyro the enemy is getting hit with, hence permitting more reverse melts
- Ayaka/chongyun main dps: I don't know why you should put bennett with ayaka unless she's a burst dps, still the damage gets reduced because of the overwritten cryo infusion.
- Every team using actual bow/catalyst users as main dps except for yoimiya/yanfei: it doesn't change the damage at all
- Yoimiya/yanfei main dps team: it gets only benefits because of the 15% pyro dmg bonus
Now I'll list the character that gets worsened by bennett's c6
Physical kaeya
Physical zhongli
Physical jean
Razor
Keqing
Chongyun
Ayaka
Now, how many of this characters actually have bennett in their most popular teams? 4 characters don't use bennett and 3 do. However, there are lots of other characters in the game. And if you do the maths, it will be clear that at least ¾ of the cast benefits/doesn't mind bennett c6.
What I'm trying to say is that it's the player's choice to activate this constellation based on what they have and what they use, because if they use eula it's a sin to activate the c6, but if they use, for example, diluc, he gets only benefits from that same c6 that could have ruined eula's damage.
I think that mihoyoverse should add a button to turn on and off the effects of a constellation, but until they do it we'll have to remain here arguing.

I understand your point. I think limiting my options for non-substantial gains isn't for me. By non-substantial I don't mean that the actual buff is small, but in a sense that currently there's no content that validate the necessity of going C6. I can never know if there will be future characters that can be hindered by C6. That's my concern.
I already wrote about this in few past surveys, along with making Signora playable.

Bennet was one of the very first characters I got. He will always be special to me.
I’ve been putting off building Bennett for a while because of his play style, but this convinced me to build him !! I just got Raiden and I think he would be a great support for her

started the game like a week ago so I'm not very far or experienced with the game, so when I pulled Bennet I didn't think much of him, never even read what his big ability did so getting recommended this has made me reconsider ignoring him lol.

I activated c6 bennet and I don’t regret it.
his c6 only makes ayaka and eula obsolete. others either dont care about it or benefit from it.
Me too, as I am not a fond of physical DMG dealer. However, I use ayaka but I never put her together with Bennett even before activating the c6 so 😂

Bennett is one of the easiest characters to build. 4pc noblesse ER sands High base atk weapon upgrade his burst thats it.
I just finally changed my artifacts on bennett, had him as an HP bot for the longest time at level 80 with a level 90 alley flash, Changed my ER sands to attack%, threw a pyro goblet on and put skyward blade on him after level 90ing him to make up for the ER i lost from changing sands, still has 20k HP heals plenty, has a 56-151 CR/CD ratio and 1600 attack 232 ER, bursting anywhere from 45-65k and his E is hitting for 15k . Truly a busted character. (still running 4 piece Nobless)
