Hey Mat and Chels new subscriber here and I must say, as a big fan of these movies, the sound effects of the axe carving into flesh and bone in these movies are what give me the Willie’s more than any over the top grotesquerie that Art can dish out on his victims.
I think that’s probably because, I am a huge video gamer and a big fan of the Mortal Kombat fighting game franchise and I must say, this series really feels to me like Art would be a perfect guest character for that franchise because his kills have so many perfect things that when that announcer yells finish him and the screen goes black, his kills would be perfect for the fatality finishing moves

@Mat and Chels React I don’t know if you guys caught onto this but, as a huge DC Comics fan, I got massive Joker and Harley Quinn vibes from the crazy sort of Odd Couple dynamic that Art and Vicky had in this one especially with the annoyance on Art’s face when Vicky was blowing the horn in his ear was just so perfect and you know what the fact that David Howard Thornton has said in interviews that The Joker is his favorite pop culture villain of all time so, I guess it would make sense.
It’s just impressive what they achieved with Terrifier in that short amount of time. I mean Art is already being named by horror fans in the same sentence with Michael Meyers, Freddy, Jason, Leatherface and Ghostface …. And that is only after 5 or 6 years being around. That tells you everything.
My call is that 4 cold opens with the uncle driving to pick up Jonathan...they get ambushed, uncle gets it, and Jonathan narrowly escapes, but they'll make it a point to show his glasses fall off and Art pick em up.
Awesome that you guys did this!! 🙌 I am of course obsessed with these movies so it was fun as hell to see you guys react to it! Easily my favorite Christmas horror film and one of my all times fav horror flicks. I saw it 5 times at the theatre and have watched it countless time already at home lol. Your reaction to the glassturbation scene was priceless 🤣I too was surprised by the bomb scene but absolutely loved that! The last 30 mins of this film is brutal and so mean spirited and bleak. 2 is still my favorite but I love them all and 3 is amazing. I can't wait for Part 4 which is suppose to wrap things up.
You wondered why her hands healed, it's because the sword can't hurt her I do believe. Also, Art was human in part 1 until the end when he was resurrected. The little pale girl is the entity who brought him back, and he is now a demon. Victoria is the new host of the little pale girl in part 3 and Art is still a demon until the end when Victoria is decapitated. Art lost his power and is now human again and why he was injured and fled the scene to get the bus. Also the woman's book at the end "The 9th Circle" is a nod to the original short Art appeared in which is in All Hallow's Eve. Glad you guys liked it!! 💀🤘🏻

I went OPENING night! Holy crap I was smiling from ear to ear. First sequence of the film is honestly everything I was hoping for.
ALSO I might be in the small majority that the attic scene was more gruesome than the shower scene. It’s just sooooo intense and the splitting of the guys skin over his skull is masterful.

Hey Mat and Chels this is Steven from Southampton I gotta say congratulations for upload a movie reaction of Terrifier 3 came out last year since you guys done a music video reaction of Ice Nine Kills’s song called A Work of Art and I love that song but Ice Nine Kills and Art The Clown are so awesome but I’ve listened to the song since I watched the music video but that music video was awesome and including with Shavo from System of a Down who was in the music video because System of a Down and Ice Nine Kills have been one of my favourite metal bands for a long time so congratulations you guys and you guys are awesome I love you Mat and Chels and I hope you have a wonderful lovely weekend😘🤟💕🌹.

Yeah !! The sword has magical healing powers and if you remember when Sienna died in Terrifier 2 after she got stabbed by the sword she got revived because the sword can’t kill or hurt her

This was the most disgusting, vile, stomach turning movie I've ever seen...... _I LOVED IT!!!_ The only thing I didn't like in this movie (and T2), is Art destroyed Vicky's face and now we can't see Samantha Scaffidi's pretty face any more.

@Mat and Chels React I honestly wonder why Chels or I’m assuming Chelsea is her real name, watches these movies if she gets so squeamish, unless she likes being squeamish for some weird reason, I don’t get it as I’m not a person who gets squeamish about one screen gore unless it’s super realistic like in Rambo 2008 as I think that’s the only time I felt squeamish about on screen gore and therefore I can’t just throw that film in if I want just a fun and R Rated to the extreme action flick
Because I find them fun and can separate reality from the art.😄
