This place was a nightmare as a kid. Truly made you feel the despair of being a fugitive. You were trapped in this place with no means of escape. Only through Moltres. And boy getting through this place as a Treecko was an accomplishment.
The first time i got depressed and feel pressured as a 10 year old...i mean, Team ACT just gave you the chance to escape...to give you time to find the truth, and yet this music tells you "It ain't easy boy. Try passing me first, or else they're gonna get'cha". You feel discouraged, but the flute part was kinda saying that "You have what it takes. Go forth!"...sniff...tanks for the encouragement, Mt. Blaze OST.
Maurice Lenard Cempron Yea, it was so brutally challenging yet oddly inspiring... PMD has so much more story to it than the original games, it's unreal.
@@lyrimetacurl0 Red has a better Sky Tower imo, better than Blues in every way. Although Blue has the better Great Canyon. Both soundtracks as a whole are amazing
Coming from the future, all three versions have a pretty nice bass and as for which one I like more...I can't choose. They're all equally good in my opinion.
@@starberrysparkler The bass is more subdued in the BRT version, the quality is certainly higher, but the louder bass makes it feel more fitting the first time through.
This was the definition of pre-boss themes, this used to get me so pumped! Moltres used to be so difficult lmao even getting through the peak was a challenge lmao :p
I like this version more than the one in Blue. I dont know if its just the rip I have or if its the actual game but in blue the main choir part at 00:39 to 00:57 is missing
It’s just a series that speaks louder than most that’s why it makes us feel superior this entire series was always about never giving up no matter what
Gosh. I can never choose between Mt. Thunder or Mt. Blaze having my favorite elemental mountain theme. Nevertheless, I absolutely love this theme, especially when 1:18 kicks in. The perfect theme for our uphill battle as fugitives...
I remember when i was 10 or 11 and playing this game on an emulator ofc this game made me cry how emotinal this gets and this is my favourite ost in the game
I actually got stuck on Mt Blaze my first playthrough of the game. I actually gave up, first time around. Second time around, I was playing as Mudkip, so it was much easier...

unless you used bullet seed
I've always been either a charmander, cyndaquil, or cubone.
I can attest to that. Being a Treecko in Mt. Blaze is a terrifying ordeal.
Rip
try magma cavern as a pikachu with a cyndaquil partner. i still shudder from the earthquake and magnitude bs I ran into
I think the fugitive parts of the game were my favorite
Mine too!
God the feeling of “everyone we know is going to be coming after us, all we can do is run” hit HARD
Yesssssss
The best part!!! The level of excitement I had as a kid, and even as an adult, so damn good!
yall are real mvps lol

nice interpretation
This had so much bass for GBA wow. Amazing. Even their current tracks don't have this bass
They really understood how they can make the GBA sound good by 2006. Same thing goes for the Mother 3 soundtrack.
@@WhoEls By 2002 i would say. RSE had incredible songs as well.
This game has a really underrated soundtrack
Fr
Whooo this theme is going to be literal FIRE in the new remake!
And it is
This plays in my head whenever I'm hiking up a tough mountain
I imagine you as the Gen 3 hiker sprite.
I learned my lesson. I’m going to grind so hard before the fugitive arc.
I love this game so much one of the best gba game's
Shit's godlike
You know it!
I like this better than BRT. That5 is because of the awesome bass.
Blue also has a good bass, but red has more fitting sounds for certain tracks
@@boonkunak yeah especially fire, ground and lightning.
Maybe blue is better in water.
Seems about the same goodness in ice and air levels

Run, fugitive...
the songs of these gameboy games.. is always that nostalgia.. man.. i miss playing with this game
Me too, you are not alone.
This is fantastic mountain music!

Even to this day, this is the superior version of this track for this very reason. It's just not the same without it.
It’s just a series that speaks louder than most that’s why it makes us feel superior this entire series was always about never giving up no matter what
And trying to find meaning in everything, infinite and beyond progress.

Just got here In my revisit. Playing this on a gba sp is the way it's meant to be played
This dungeon was the highlight of the game. Making you feel the desperation of being on the run, with only 1 way forward
This is just too good. I can't stop listening.
I remember when i was 10 or 11 and playing this game on an emulator ofc this game made me cry how emotinal this gets and this is my favourite ost in the game
Nostalgia time! :-)
LET US MARCH ON LIKE THE SOLDIERS WE ARE!!!-Team Warriors motto
0:30 it was at this moment i realized why it reminded me of a final boss theme.
But nobody came.
I'll go now.
Undertale
@@stevealex6163 That is what I was about to say hahahaha
Yay an undertale reference!
My favorite song out of the PMD red rescue team game. It's so cool sounding & kinda soothing
The beginning reminds me A View to a Kill
Aah, memories
playing as bulbasaur gave me a really hard time and disadvantages against articuno and moltres and those ice fire types in those extreme dungeons
Basically if you can get a rapid fire attack like bullet seed it works wonders.
bullet seed is so busted in this game its hilarious
I had a lvl 91 dratini i remember going in there with a 20 lvl eevee it was pain
I played a Pokémon mystery dungeon game and it put me as a frickin meowth.
To say the least I ain’t happy bout it.
Fearows taught me the true meaning of fear.
PMD Red has better music than PMD Blue. I know PMD1 can have loud percussion but rocky music, but the echo effect is to die for...
Nostalgia factor pls stop. Someone take these onions away
This best game ever i play when i 10 y.o. very nostalgic
I used to play with an emulator to play this, and I used to play with 2x speed, and I still thinking that it sounds better than the normal version
Best song in the game :>
I'm going to extend this song. I'll post a warning comment here once it's done, and credit you in the video for having the song.
6 years and still not done

Second time around, I was playing as Mudkip, so it was much easier...
I played as Machop with a Mudkip partner
In my current playthrough I'm there and my partner is a treecko
.....
It is tough
Sounds like Ys 2's Cave of R.
This... this is the place i lost my save file...
So, Team ACT caught up with you early, huh?
nope blue recue teams version of the song is not the same as this so its not just you. I prefer this version too.
I meant rocky bass.
Why didn't they put this on PSMD? Why?
I have this game
Found it!!!
At last :D
Awsome game best pokemon trama and this game wtf fckng exhausting not for kids sure
I love song (L)
