I also LOVE how you take your time when shipping. I feel the same way, its a representation of you as a seller and second hand in general. Its worth the extra few seconds in my opinion.
You are fast becoming my favorite reseller on RUclips. I love your videos! You are informative and fun, great energy. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
I totally agree that packages I receive that are well packed will get a return sale from me! I just bought the heart cardigan from you! I love the way you package and send the items. I would kinda do..like the 70s. Bell bottoms and wide leg jeans.
So high school for me was early 70s, college was late 70s so I've pretty much lived through all recent trends the first time around. I loved the early to mid 1960s fashion (what I saw when I was little) Think Twiggy "Mod" clothes. Mini skirts, bold patterns, go go boots. Yeah, baby!
Wouldn't it be great if the post office had an after hours drop box for large packages. 😁 Luckily I'm in a small town so there's not normally a line at my post office. But if there is I just set my stuff on the counter, wave at the one person working the counter, and leave. No need to personally hand them anything if I don't want a receipt.
A kiosk and a drop box after hours would be AMAZING. As a reseller, the thought of not getting a receipt when I drop off gives me hives, but I'm lucky enough to have kiosks in all of my local offices so I usually don't have to wait in the line. But yep - get there by 5 or you're DONE!
There are always lines down the block to the Brandy Melville store it’s said for this to be common at all her stores so you might want to pick it up more ,they say it’s because of the one size fits all concept which is popular among younger shoppers
Pre and post civil war era for sure! Gone with wind is me… I want to be there, wearing those dresses… even the rags after the war. I must’ve been there in a previous life because I would LOVE to live in that time. Minus the bad stuff, of course. Just the clothes, the homes, the way of life… living in the countryside… riding in buggies. A quieter time
Loved the video! I VERY rarely pick up Brandy- It tends to sit for me unless its a chunky sweater/destination sweater or those sun dresses like you mentioned. Otherwise I leave most of it- which hurts my heart but I just find I can't really sell it most of the time. I also have yet to watch the documentary but thank you for reminding me I have been wanting to!☺
Yep - so much of it just sits. I mean, it doesn't retail for all that much to start with, so that's not super surprising. Someone else here said that there's always lines out the door which is just WILD to me. Seriously though - watch that docu... absolutely required viewing for resellers.
Honestly, I've been doing this for so long, you just get a feel - but if you're not sure where to start - take a look at sold comps for what you've got, figure out where in that range you'd like to ultimately land on, then add a percentage to the listing price - most people add somewhere between 20-40% on top of what they hope to get - to allow for negotiation and offers.
I love my Chicos Poncho. I’ve worn it two or three times since I received it from you and I enjoy watching your videos.

YES YES YES. The more of us do this, the better the experience is all around!

I was definitely a flapper in my last life 😅
Saaaaaaaaaame. The decadence and rebellion? YES PLEASE.
Love your channel! My question is how do you pick a price point for your items when listing?
