In the video, Kaito and Miku are members of the "Vocalgia" family. Idk if the manga is completelly like the song, but i readed it and the story told that Kaito and Miku were siblings, (dunno if blood related or not). *SPOILERS* Anyways, kaito's dad was the lord of a house that was known for it's famous poison, Cantarella is the "name" of the poison that it's passed from the family head to the heir. What happend here is that Kaito's mother eloped, and so decided to take miku (or have her with another man). Kaito's mom knew what the family did, and so she exposed miku to a variety of posions so she could survive in the family's house. The thing is, Miku gains Kaito's trust when he tells her his poison collection and Miku doesn't get scared when she hears it (cuz everone else was like EW or AAAA y'know). So Kaito is like, k she kinda cool. Miku and Kaito grow together in the family house and start to develeop feelings for eachother without knowing. It comes the day where miku has to marry another family's head to unite the lands (?), Miku's fiancé comes to the house etc etc, Kaito starts to feel "bad" when he starts to see the preparations for the wedding and when that day comes, when miku was walking down the aisle (?) with her now husband, looks extremelly sad and hurt. That's when Kaito realises his feelings but cannot do anything. Miku goes to her now husband's house and slowly makes him fall in love (not intended), meanwhile, she sends letters to Kaito to make sure he and his father are doing well. It comes a day when Kaito's dad is extremelly ill, to the point of dying, so miku's husband offers her to go to the house to see him and stay there or stay with him. Miku chooses to stay in her original family's house since she now realises her feelings for Kaito. The contract is broken so now she stays with Kaito until she has to marry someone again. Kaito plans to poison her with Cantarella to always stay with her (Miku asked him that beetween marrying someone again or dying by Kaito's hands, she decides to do the last). Kaito poisons Miku, Miku doesn't die (bc she is inmune to poison) and so she becames "a walking dead" or "Cantarella". People outside the family were Kaito belongs, think that Miku is dead. In the end they both love eachother and live and are happy and all that lovely ever after. *Disclaimer*: this is the best i could explain the manga, also, forgive me for any spelling mistakes since english is not my mother language.

Here is the explanation of the meaning of the song so that they understand:>
The entire history of Cantarella is loosely based on the history of the Borgia. In the video, Kaito and Miku are members of the "Vocalgia" family. They were very close when they were children, they saw themselves as two people, but over time their feelings for each other turned into something that they knew could not be. This tormented them both. Furthermore, there are already plans for Miku to marry another powerful family. Something that his own brother Kaito is painfully aware of. (Also, since he is the one he is conquering, he is the direct beneficiary of Miku's upcoming combat, as he would give her the power and support that he needs to conquer the land under his surname.) Kaito is an extremely ambitious but almost tyrannical. man who would do anything to get what he wants; However, he has a weakness: it turns out that his love for power is only surpassed by his love for his sister. And when he sees the handsome and charming Len, he begins to feel more and more jealous and insecure about the fact that Miku might grow to like him, even love him, over time. His heart darkened. He got so bad that he decided he would be the first to take her away, even if it meant using his family's trademark poison, La Cantarella, to do it. But he in the end he did not dare to do it. He wanted Miku with all his heart for her, but he didn't dare to "hurt" her. And he decided to expose her feelings for her. Fortunately for him ... He couldn't take it anymore and decided to kill Len. Despite knowing very well, doing so would doom his ambitions and draw the wrath of a powerful family upon his head. He no longer cared. He hated Len, and if getting rid of him meant having to fight every lord on earth at once, then so be it. Kaito put some poison in Len's drink (or used some debilitating drug, so Len could be taken outside and killed by Kaito personally). Miku ... she was confused. And horrified. He knew exactly what was going on, but the whole scene was so twisted and cruel, so out of control; she was torn between the man she loved all her life, and the man she had come to love in another way. The part of her that loved Kaito was also aware that what he did had serious consequences. She feared for her life ... and in time ... Kaito finally paid the price for her sins. He died in battle, presumably with the help of the Len family, and his dark ambitions were put to an end. The Vocalgia was no longer powerful. However, Miku survived. Her tenacity helped her get through to the end and after Kaito's downfall she lived alone or married another man for practicality, and judging from her clothes, she is still doing well despite the loss of prestige of the woman. her family. Then the years passed ... Miku matured, and she remained quite beautiful, but no matter how long it had been, she still couldn't forget her dark brother who loved her so madly and desperately, and whom she loved in turn. .

Actually, the real story of Cantarella is:
In the story, Miku and KAITO are siblings; the two are in love with each other; as the time passes by Miku finds someone else, which is Len; when KAITO found out about it, he was enraged and killed Len. Leaving Miku sad, time passes by; he poisons her to sleep and tries to rape her while asleep. But fails to do so.

Idk if the manga is completelly like the song, but i readed it and the story told that Kaito and Miku were siblings, (dunno if blood related or not).
*SPOILERS*
Anyways, kaito's dad was the lord of a house that was known for it's famous poison, Cantarella is the "name" of the poison that it's passed from the family head to the heir.
What happend here is that Kaito's mother eloped, and so decided to take miku (or have her with another man). Kaito's mom knew what the family did, and so she exposed miku to a variety of posions so she could survive in the family's house.
The thing is, Miku gains Kaito's trust when he tells her his poison collection and Miku doesn't get scared when she hears it (cuz everone else was like EW or AAAA y'know). So Kaito is like, k she kinda cool. Miku and Kaito grow together in the family house and start to develeop feelings for eachother without knowing.
It comes the day where miku has to marry another family's head to unite the lands (?), Miku's fiancé comes to the house etc etc, Kaito starts to feel "bad" when he starts to see the preparations for the wedding and when that day comes, when miku was walking down the aisle (?) with her now husband, looks extremelly sad and hurt. That's when Kaito realises his feelings but cannot do anything.
Miku goes to her now husband's house and slowly makes him fall in love (not intended), meanwhile, she sends letters to Kaito to make sure he and his father are doing well. It comes a day when Kaito's dad is extremelly ill, to the point of dying, so miku's husband offers her to go to the house to see him and stay there or stay with him. Miku chooses to stay in her original family's house since she now realises her feelings for Kaito.
The contract is broken so now she stays with Kaito until she has to marry someone again. Kaito plans to poison her with Cantarella to always stay with her (Miku asked him that beetween marrying someone again or dying by Kaito's hands, she decides to do the last). Kaito poisons Miku, Miku doesn't die (bc she is inmune to poison) and so she becames "a walking dead" or "Cantarella". People outside the family were Kaito belongs, think that Miku is dead.
In the end they both love eachother and live and are happy and all that lovely ever after.
