    Hold control key and drag to maintain aspect ratio! Wow. One of the recent updates changed it and I didn’t know holding the control would do that. Great tips!

    Fun idea! I just finished a project where I used several freeze-frames to transition from one video scene to another. I used a simple fade so that the freeze-frame fades as the new clip begins.
    My only sad discovery was that PowerDirector's built-in "Freeze-Frame" function inserts the snapshot into a gap. If you have audio, this results a a silence. Pretty useless IMHO.
