Great sailing! I have 2 sailboats, one of them it's a 20 feet one, similar to yours. The other is 27 feet. I enjoy more sailing the 20er. All about sensations! And I sail regularly with heavy winds too!

What a great little boat. I just picked up a dirt cheap, but extremely nice P-165 from an RV dealership that took it in on a trade. Sold my Capri 14.2 which was basically my learning boat so the P-165 will also be my first boat with a keel and some ballast. Other than the obvious difference in the keel and LOA, how do you think this boat will handle compared to your P-18? I can't wait to get this thing in the water so I can experience the difference in stability.

@@TMAXXPUNISHER My impression of the P-165 is that it’s the best all round boat in the Precision lineup. It lacks the cabin space of the larger boats, but makes up for that in ease of setup and greater stability with the fixed wing keel. The P-165 owners I know all love their boats!! Congrats on the new boat! ⛵️
