Not only how do you read and how do you calculate but, what do you do in your practice to achieve your goals. Do you need to do more advertising, do you need to revise your policies to get people's buy-in into paying sooner, etc. Furthermore, how much more. Many small businesses do not have all the means and budget and they have to prioritize.
I am interested in learning more about KPI's. For both my bookkeeping business and as an added value to offer to clients. I'm binge watching you. Thank you for all the great topics.

Hello Morgan, Great information. I think you read my mind because this is something I wanted to hear more about. I think you missed a couple KPI's that would help customers and they are Current Ratio, and Quick Ratio. These ratios let customers know if they are able to pay liabilities or how long it would take them to pay bills. The problem I run into is where to find what is the average ratio based on the type of business and know if you are above or below average. Keep up the great work. :)
